The D.C. sharks are already circling. They want to tear Trump and his agenda to shreds.
But Donald Trump’s ally just shot the Deep State a six word warning.
Trump’s Border Czar Goes Nuclear On Deep State Actors
Tom Homan, the former Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), issued a stern warning on Tuesday to those attempting to block President Donald Trump’s immigration policies, specifically his mass deportation agenda. Speaking on *Fox News*, Homan took aim at Democratic mayors who have criticized Trump’s plans as “cruel,” reminding them of the consequences they may face if they attempt to stand in the way of the federal government’s efforts.
Homan, who was named as Trump’s “border czar” following the president’s election, was tasked with overseeing all deportations of illegal immigrants. On The Ingraham Angle, Homan responded to a statement from Tucson Mayor Regina Romero, who called Trump’s deportation plans “cruel and immoral” and reaffirmed her commitment to “protecting and serving Tucsonans.” Homan countered, emphasizing the severity of the border crisis and the risks posed by unchecked illegal immigration.
“What’s cruel about it?” Homan asked. “We have a massive illegal immigration flow on the border, historic flows that overwhelm the Border Patrol, s*x trafficking up 600%, 250,000 dead Americans from Fentanyl. We got a record number of known suspected terrorists and people on the terrorist watch lists crossing the border. We got children dying on the border every day. We got women being s*xually assaulted by the cartels every day. Someone’s going to die on the border tonight. Women are being raped on the border tonight.”
Homan then pointed out the dangers of resisting border security efforts, stressing that the priority is to save lives and restore order. “So what’s cruel about securing that border and saving lives, first of all?” Homan asked. He then issued a direct warning to Mayor Romero and other local leaders who oppose federal immigration enforcement: “You can not help us. That’s fine. You should get the h*ll out of the way. We’re going to do the job.”
Homan’s comments come at a time when several mayors and local officials, including Romero, are challenging Trump’s plans to strengthen immigration enforcement. Denver Mayor Mike Johnston has also voiced his opposition, vowing that the city’s police and residents will push back against the president’s deportation efforts.
In Los Angeles, the City Council passed an ordinance declaring the city a “sanctuary city,” prohibiting the use of local resources for immigration enforcement and barring city agencies from sharing information about undocumented immigrants with federal authorities.
However, Homan made it clear that the federal government would not tolerate interference in its efforts. He reminded officials that Trump’s agenda focuses on addressing public safety and national security threats, which Homan believes should be the primary responsibility of all elected officials. “President Trump has said public safety threats and national security threats will be the priority right out of the gate,” Homan stated.
“I can’t believe there’s any elected official that doesn’t want public safety threats out of their communities. Their number one responsibility is protecting the communities. So if they’re not going to do it, we’ll do it for them.”
Homan also warned that harboring or concealing illegal immigrants would not be tolerated and could result in legal consequences. “You can not help, but don’t impede us and don’t knowingly harbor and conceal an illegal alien from ICE, because that is a felony,” he said. He further noted that incoming Attorney General Pam Bondi would take a hard stance on enforcing the law, ensuring that those who obstruct federal efforts would face legal repercussions. “We got one h*ll of an attorney general coming in, Pam Bondi. I think she will read that statute the same way I do it. I’m not a lawyer, but I can read. We’re going to have consequences of people who violate the law and try to prevent us from doing our job.”
Despite the pushback from mayors and local officials, President Trump confirmed his commitment to his immigration agenda. On November 18, Trump reiterated plans to declare a national emergency, using military assets to assist with his deportation operation, signaling that his administration would proceed with full force regardless of resistance at the local level.
Homan’s remarks serve as a stark warning to those who would attempt to undermine Trump’s border security policies: the federal government is prepared to take action, and there will be consequences for anyone who attempts to block or obstruct the agenda of the Trump administration to secure the border and the nation as a whole.
