Hunter Biden has legal troubles up to his ears. It’s caused a real problem for his father, the President.
And Joe Biden fell ill when Hunter’s lawyers made this critical mistake.
Tim Poole, a political analyst, claims that Hunter Biden’s attorney wrote to the Office of Congressional Ethics to request that it investigate potential violations of ethics by Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).
Hunter Biden’s legal team has decided to not only defend the multiple investigations against him but also to target those who dare to hold him accountable for his countless alleged crimes, ethics violations, and corruption as turmoil for President Joe Biden’s troublesome son grows.
Abbe David Lowell, the attorney for Hunter Biden, wrote to the House ethics office on April 24 requesting that they “initiate a review of and take appropriate action as a result of Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene’s (R-GA 14th C.D.) suspected violations of House Ethics rules and standards of official conduct.”
According to Lowell, the congresswoman had engaged in “continuous verbal attacks, defamatory statements, publication of personal photos and data, and promotion of conspiracy theories about and against Robert Hunter Biden.”
The letter stated, “None of these could possibly be deemed to be part of any legitimate legislative activity, as is clear from both the content of her statements and actions, and the forums she uses to spew her often unhinged rhetoric.”
The defense team for Hunter then cited “House Rule XXIII,” which mandates that “all members of the House must conduct themselves at all times ‘in a manner that reflects creditably on the House.'”
What exactly did Rep. Greene say that was against this rule?
Since Democrats have decided that anything that doesn’t fit their radical left-wing narrative is somehow “misinformation,” Hunter’s lawyers claim that literally every statement she has made “since her election to Congress in 2020 (and before)” is an ethical violation and that she isn’t speaking “creditably on the House.”
The letter continued by alleging that Greene had launched “steady, dogged verbal and defamatory attacks against Mr. Biden, and members of his family.”
Of course, if the attorneys for Hunter want to claim that the Congresswoman defamed their client, that can be resolved fairly easily – after all, defamation would imply that what she said about the Bidens was not factual, so all they have to do is show her to be mistaken, and she would be drowning in ethical violations.
But for a particular reason, they simply won’t actually refute the allegations, instead choosing to state categorically that they are false.
The letter’s timing, though, was dubious.
Greene published a video in which she claimed to have “just seen evidence of human trafficking, this involved prostitutes, not only from here in the United States but from foreign countries like Russia and Ukraine.” This video was taken in front of the Treasury building just six days before the letter was issued.
The Biden crime family participated in human trafficking by soliciting prostitutes from the United States and abroad in countries like Russia and Ukraine.

Many are already speculating as to whether the Biden legal team made a significant legal error in requesting the ethics probe.
Rep. Greene will undoubtedly want the material she mentioned to be included in the record if an investigation is opened because it would undoubtedly support her assertions.
In fact, the letter quotes the video’s title, which claimed that “The Biden crime family participated in human trafficking by soliciting prostitutes from the United States and abroad in countries like Russia and Ukraine.”
“False, defamatory, and malicious,” said Biden’s attorney, “but they are undignified from a Member of Congress and far beyond anything close to genuine legislative activities or political advocacy.”
Greene refused to give in and even wrote the younger Biden an invitation to go before the House Oversight Committee to address his accusations against her.
“Hunter is upset over my statements,” Greene said. “Well, Hunter, the entire country is pissed off about your obvious influence peddling with your daddy’s political power. Come chat with us Republicans on the Oversight Committee. We have a lot of questions.”
To really put an end to this, the House Oversight Committee needs to summon Hunter Biden and the Treasury Department’s testimony.
