And the U.S. Military has issued an ominous warning after Biden made this destructive move.
In response to a perceived rise in potential threats, the U.S. military in Europe has heightened its security measures. Following President Joe Biden’s lackluster performance in a debate against former President Donald Trump, the protection level for U.S. military bases and personnel was increased.
Deputy Pentagon Press Secretary Sabrina Singh emphasized that this decision stemmed from a “combination of factors and not related to a single threat.” She clarified during a Monday press conference, “This was done out of an abundance of caution. I won’t get into more specifics, other than that, but I’d refer you to [European Command] for any more questions that you have on force protection measures.”
Singh refrained from elaborating on the specific reasons behind the enhanced security but noted that Army Gen. Christopher Cavoli, the U.S. military commander for forces in Europe, deemed it necessary to “increase vigilance for our service members, for their families.”
Linking the heightened alert to the debate, Trump Campaign Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt stated on Monday during an interview with Fox News, “This past weekend, after the debate performance, U.S. military bases in Europe have been put on high alert for a credible terrorist threat. The world is taking advantage of our country because it sees how weak it is.”

Stars and Stripes reported that the Stuttgart Army garrison had issued a community-wide alert, raising the force protection level to condition “Charlie” until further notice. Similar directives were disseminated to bases in Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, and Italy.
According to the U.S. Army’s website, the Charlie threat level “applies when an incident occurs or intelligence is received indicating some form of terrorist action or targeting against personnel or facilities is likely.”
This is the second-highest protection level, just below Delta, which is implemented “in the immediate area where a terrorist attack has occurred or when intelligence has been received that terrorist action against a specific location or person is imminent.”
In response to the elevated threat, troops in Italy were instructed to avoid wearing their uniforms to and from work.
A source informed military whistleblowers at Terminal CWO that their command had sent the following message: “Due to increased security posture, all transit to and from work in uniform is prohibited effective immediately and until further notice.”
“This proactive measure is part of our commitment to ensuring the safety and security of all personnel, families, and assets. Personnel are advised to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities or behaviors to installation security immediately.”
The increased alert follows a warning from FBI Director Christopher Wray to Congress in April regarding an escalated risk of terrorist attacks in the United States.
In his written testimony, Wray highlighted that since Hamas’s attack in Israel on October 7, “we’ve seen a rogue’s gallery of foreign terrorist organizations call for attacks against Americans and our allies.”
He expressed concern that these calls might inspire individuals or small groups to carry out attacks in the U.S., stating, “Given those calls for action, our most immediate concern has been that individuals or small groups will draw twisted inspiration from the events in the Middle East to carry out attacks here at home.”
The world is becoming an increasingly dangerous place under President Biden.
His foreign policies have been a disaster which has helped to lead to this danger.
