White House scandal involving Hunter Biden has sent Washington, D.C. up in flames

The Biden family is full of corruption. There’s nothing they won’t do to for more power.

And this White House scandal involving Hunter Biden has sent Washington, D.C. up in flames.

Since President Joe Biden returned to the White House on Monday, his son Hunter Biden has been actively participating in West Wing meetings.

This development comes as President Biden, the oldest-ever sitting president, faces pressure from fellow Democrats to step down. The involvement of Hunter Biden, who has faced significant legal troubles, is stirring intrigue and concern within the political landscape.

Hunter Biden, 54, was convicted on June 11 of three federal gun felonies and is set to face a second federal trial on September 5 for allegedly committing $1.4 million in tax fraud. Despite his legal battles, Hunter remains a staunch supporter of his 81-year-old father seeking re-election.

The Biden family reportedly blames long-time advisers for the president’s poor performance in last Thursday’s debate.

A source revealed to the New York Post, “Hunter doesn’t trust” his father’s old guard of aides. “I think Hunter wants to be there, and POTUS isn’t going to say no.”

This sentiment underscores Hunter’s desire to play a more active role in his father’s political strategy, especially as the Biden family navigates internal challenges and external scrutiny.

The unusual presence of Hunter Biden in these meetings was initially reported by NBC News, citing four sources. The Post confirmed this information through two additional sources with indirect knowledge, although the specifics of Hunter’s role in decision-making remain unclear.

According to an NBC source, the reaction among aides was one of bewilderment: “What the hell is happening?” they reportedly questioned as Hunter unexpectedly joined multiple meetings and phone calls.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre attempted to downplay Hunter’s involvement, characterizing it as limited to Monday night when he joined a meeting in preparation for a speech on a Supreme Court ruling regarding presidential immunity.

Jean-Pierre explained that Hunter “came back with [Joe Biden]” from a weekend at Camp David and participated in the meeting and family time that evening. However, another source informed The Post that Hunter was seen in the West Wing again on Tuesday morning, suggesting a more sustained presence.

The Biden family’s internal strife over debate preparations, reportedly involving long-time advisers such as former White House chief of staff Ron Klain, senior adviser Anita Dunn, and personal attorney Bob Bauer, has been highlighted in multiple press reports, including those by the New York Times and Politico.

This internal blame game further complicates the political landscape for President Biden.

While Hunter Biden’s involvement may provide emotional support for his father, it also risks exacerbating the elder Biden’s political challenges.

During Joe Biden’s vice presidency, he frequently interacted with Hunter and his brother James Biden’s foreign business partners from countries including China, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Russia, and Ukraine. These connections are now under intense scrutiny as part of an ongoing House impeachment inquiry.

Adding to the controversy is Hunter Biden’s history as a recovering cocaine addict—a factor that would typically result in most advisers losing security clearances and their jobs.

This is particularly striking considering President Biden’s decision in 2021 to fire five staffers who admitted to past marijuana use.

Hunter Biden’s new role in the West Wing represents a complex and contentious element of the current administration, intertwining personal loyalty with political strategy and raising questions about the implications for President Biden’s leadership and legacy.
