And the White House press secretary went scorched earth on a reporter from this Leftist outlet.
The New York Times just dropped another desperate hit piece claiming President Trump is “in decline” at 79. They swear he’s falling asleep in the Oval Office and doing less work than his first term.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt wasn’t having any of it. She torched the Times and their reporter Katie Rogers right there in the briefing room on Monday.
Leavitt called the story “unequivocally false” and reminded everyone who wrote it: the same outfit that insisted Biden was “doing 100 percent fine” after he tripped on the Air Force One stairs.
The exact same reporter who now says Trump is nodding off once wrote that a face-plant Biden was totally normal. “Oh, same outlet, same reporter who wrote that President Trump is not fit for the job. Are you kidding me?” Leavitt snapped.
The Times spent years running cover for a visibly deteriorating Joe Biden. They only turned on him when the debate disaster made it impossible to keep lying to the American people.
Suddenly, in July 2024, Katie Rogers and her buddies discovered that Biden’s “lapses are said to be increasingly common and worrisome.”
These are the same people who printed glowing headlines when Biden’s doctor called him “healthy” and “vigorous.”
President Trump saw the article and called Rogers “third-rate” and “ugly, both inside and out.”
Karoline Leavitt laid down the facts: “You all see him almost every single day. He is the most accessible president in history. He is taking meetings around the clock.”
The Times cherry-picked one-third of Trump’s daily schedule and screamed “he’s doing less!” Meanwhile, the man is rebuilding the economy, crushing the border invasion, and putting America First from dawn till midnight.
Funny how the same Katie Rogers wrote fawning pieces about Trump’s health in his first term: “Trump ‘Remains Healthy’ After Taking Hydroxychloroquine” and “Trump Says a Recent M.R.I. Scan Was ‘Perfect.’”
Now that he’s back and more dangerous to the swamp than ever, suddenly every routine checkup is proof he’s falling apart.
On Monday the White House shut it all down with cold, hard medical facts. Trump’s personal physician, Dr. Sean Barbabella, released the October MRI memo: “President Trump’s cardiovascular imaging is perfectly normal.”
The left and their media lapdogs can’t stand it. They spent four years gaslighting Americans that Biden was sharp as a tack.
Now that Trump is 79 and running circles around their entire party, they want everyone to believe he’s the one who’s too old.
The Times knows Trump is unstoppable in his second term, so they’re reduced to pathetic age smears everyone sees through in two seconds.
