Ocasio-Cortez is one of the worst politicians in America. Her lack of any sort of common sense constantly gets her in trouble.
And AOC is in hot water after what she just said on live TV.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) who is also a member of the infamous Squad, has caused controversy yet again.
While appearing on the Daily Show with host Desus Nice back in October, she offered a solution to the immigration crisis that is affecting America.
The interview has gone viral as the amount of illegal immigrants entering the country through the southern border has reached record numbers.
Ocasio-Cortez’s solution is the opposite of a viable solution, as she suggested that the United States tries “to document people and create a path to citizenship” for those entering illegally.
The congressman got to that conclusion after being asked by Nice about the influx of illegal aliens New York City has dealt with recently.
“Immigrants are the lifeblood of our city. Our mayor, Eric Adams, he said we can’t handle anymore here. You represent one of the most diverse districts in Congress. What can be done at the federal level to help?” Nice asked.
“Well, here’s the thing, is that I think…From all parts of the political spectrum, one of the biggest issues that we have when it comes to immigration, is that we have an undocumented population,” AOC began in her answer.
“Now you can fix that by trying to build a wall. Or you can fix that by trying to document people.”

New York City, which Ocasio-Cortez’s district is in, has seen a record number of migrants apply for I.D. cards.
This past December, over 300,000 illegal aliens were encountered by Border Control at the southern border.
New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) announced last year that the illegal immigration crisis in the city is a “real burden on New Yorkers.”
He also said last month that Joe Biden and his administration are doing nothing to help the city during the crisis.
Those who need help with issues relating to illegal immigration are advised to reach out to ActionNY, according to Rep. Ocasio-Cortez’s congressional website page.
But the ActionNY page that AOC’s website directs to, doesn’t exist or is very outdated.
So instead of providing a better resource or trying to limit the amount of illegal migrants crossing the border, Ocasio-Cortez’s solution is to just document them all.
Democrats like AOC, are proving yet again that they are not the party of law and order and are basically against laying down any sort of laws that will prohibit crimes like crossing the border illegally.
