Joe Biden’s time is up. His downfall is inevitable.
And now these bombshell photos of Joe Biden could land him directly in jail
President Biden is facing renewed criticism over his claim that he “never” discussed business with his son, as newly uncovered photos show him meeting with Hunter Biden’s Chinese business associates during his tenure as vice president.
The photos, obtained by America First Legal through a lawsuit against the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), show then-Vice President Biden introducing Hunter to Chinese President Xi Jinping and then-Vice President Li Yuanchao. Additional photos feature Joe Biden posing with Hunter’s business associates from BHR Partners, including Jonathan Li and Ming Xue.

“These images shed light on the connections between then-Vice President Biden, Hunter, his Chinese business associates, and Chinese government officials, including President Xi Jinping,” America First Legal stated in a press release. The group accused representatives for Biden and former President Obama of delaying the release of the photos until after the 2020 election.
The photos align with findings from the House Oversight Committee, which stated that Hunter Biden arranged for his father to meet with Jonathan Li and other executives from BHR Partners during a 2013 trip to China. According to the committee, Li sought—and received—preferential access to Vice President Biden and U.S. Ambassador to China Max Baucus as part of a deal involving Hunter and his associates.
America First Legal also alleged that the Biden family benefited financially from its dealings with BHR. Hunter Biden’s role in arranging introductions was highlighted during a House Oversight Committee hearing earlier this year, where he admitted to introducing his father to Jonathan Li in a hotel lobby during the trip.
“When we returned from an event to the hotel, there was a rope line, and Jonathan Li was in the lobby of the hotel where I was going to meet him for coffee,” Hunter Biden testified. “In that line, I introduced my dad to Jonathan Li and a friend of his, and they shook hands, and I believe probably took a photograph. And then my father went up to his room, and I went to have coffee with Jonathan Li.”
Hunter also claimed he did not tell his father “anything” about who Li was. Despite Joe Biden’s repeated assertions that he never spoke to his son about business dealings, evidence suggests otherwise. Emails from Hunter, including a 2017 request for keys for Joe and Jill Biden to access a shared office with a Chinese energy company emissary, cast doubt on Biden’s denial.
One 2017 email extended “best wishes from the entire Biden family” to the chairman of a Chinese energy firm and urged him to send $10 million to fund a joint venture. This is just one piece of a broader picture of alleged Biden family influence-peddling.
Former Hunter Biden business partner Devon Archer testified last year that Hunter put Joe Biden on speakerphone during at least 20 meetings with business partners, describing the elder Biden’s role as leveraging the “brand.”
The newly released photos sparked outrage on social media.
“Astonishing,” wrote RedState’s Bonchie on X.
“These photos are incredibly damning and speak volumes,” journalist Peter Schweizer added.
“China has the Bidens in its back pocket,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
“It is such a disgrace that only through litigation … is its corruption by ties to the Chinese Communist Party fully coming into focus,” tweeted Real Clear Politics editor Benjamin Weingarten.
Adding to the controversy, emails from Hunter in 2014 discussed connecting his business associates with high-level Chinese officials during the 2013 China trip. Hunter’s email to James Bulger referenced introducing BHR executives to C.H. Tung, a CCP-linked billionaire, to discuss fundraising for their joint venture, BHR Partners, which is controlled by the Bank of China.
The timing of the emails, photos, and the 2013 dinner in Beijing casts further suspicion on the Bidens’ claims of separation between Joe Biden’s political career and Hunter’s business dealings. Despite repeated requests, the White House has declined to provide details about the Beijing dinner seating chart that would clarify the connections.
The controversy deepened earlier this month when President Biden issued a sweeping pardon for his son, Hunter, for all crimes potentially committed dating back to 2014. Critics slammed the move as an effort to shield the Biden family from accountability.
“More evidence comes out each day showing how [the Biden family] leveraged Joe Biden’s long career in public office for private gain,” said America First Legal Counsel Michael Ding.
Despite mounting evidence, the White House has remained silent. America First Legal and other watchdog groups vow to continue investigating what they describe as one of the most egregious cases of political corruption in U.S. history.
