President Biden has no shame anymore. He’s openly showing his anti-American colors.
And President Biden should be thrown in prison after the treasonous act Congress caught him in.
Incompetency is one thing, but outright making decisions that will harm America and her national security is another thing entirely. Our Founding Fathers would have no tolerance for any decision that even sniffs of treason. Our current President Joe Biden, however, seems to do this every single day.
The latest news to come from a U.S. House of Representatives hearing in which it was learned that the Biden administration is intentionally lowering the guard when it comes to Chinese illegal immigrants in the United States.
House Hearing Raises Alarm Over Lax Vetting of Chinese Illegal Immigrants
National security experts expressed serious concerns about the Biden administration’s vetting procedures for Chinese illegal immigrants during a House Homeland Security Committee hearing on Thursday. The Subcommittee on Oversight, Investigations, and Accountability reviewed the substantial rise in Chinese illegal immigration since March 2021 and the potential security risks associated with it.
A Concerning Surge in Chinese Illegal Immigration
The hearing highlighted a staggering 8,000% increase in Chinese illegal immigration since March 2021. This surge has been linked to federal policies that have significantly simplified the vetting process for these immigrants. A January 2024 investigation revealed that an internal U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) email showed the Biden administration’s directive to streamline the process starting in April 2023, enabling faster entry for Chinese nationals.
Republican Rep. Dan Bishop, chair of the subcommittee, criticized the administration’s approach, noting that Border Patrol agents are now instructed to conduct brief, superficial interviews with Chinese nationals. “There is no serious vetting,” Bishop asserted, highlighting that agents now ask only five basic questions instead of the previous forty, covering areas like military service, universities attended, place of birth, employment, and political party affiliation.
“Unfortunately, under the Biden administration, Border Patrol agents have been instructed that when processing Chinese nationals, they should conduct short, basic interviews, that include only generic background questions, instead of in-depth interviews,” Rep. Bishop noted in the hearing. “In other words, there is no serious vetting,” Mr. Bishop added.

The Potential Impact on National Security of America
Experts testified that this reduction in vetting poses significant risks. Todd Bensman, a senior national security fellow at the Center for Immigration Studies, argued that the policy change has effectively removed critical guardrails, allowing individuals to potentially falsify their identities. Bensman pointed out that reducing the interview questions was intended to expedite entry, even for those discarding their identity documents.
Rep. Bishop noted a dramatic increase in encounters with Chinese illegal immigrants, from approximately 1,000 per year under previous administrations to over 24,000 in 2023—a 1,100% jump between fiscal year 2022 and 2023. This spike coincided with the administration’s simplified vetting procedures.
Craig Singleton, a senior fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, warned that the influx of Chinese nationals could provide cover for intelligence operatives to infiltrate U.S. borders. Bensman further testified that Chinese intelligence agencies might exploit this trend to target dissidents within the United States, referencing recent spy prosecutions and intelligence assessments.
“The influx provides cover for Chinese intelligence operatives or those acting on their behalf to potentially infiltrate our borders,” the organization official Mr. Singleton had to say about the matter.
"Under President Biden's policies, what was once a privilege has become a right. And despite what the administration wishes the public to believe, there is no real vetting of those released at the border, nor of those allowed in under parole programs, much less the got-aways who… pic.twitter.com/eXutyMzH3u

The hearing underscored grave concerns about the national security implications of the current administration’s immigration policies. The significant rise in Chinese illegal immigration, coupled with lax vetting processes, has raised alarms about potential exploitation by Chinese intelligence and the inadequacy of current measures to protect U.S. security interests.
President Biden’s perceived incompetency on this issue is only going to continue to harm his odds of winning an election against the surging former President Donald Trump who polls extremely well on the immigration issue which is shaping up to be a top three issue for voters once again.
