Ron DeSantis drops a nasty surprise right at one Democrat’s doorstep

He may be out of the presidential race, but he isn’t out of the national spotlight. That’s because Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is sticking to the libs once again.

And now he has dropped a nasty surprise right at one Democrat’s doorstep.

For a minute there, some thought Ron DeSantis could go the distance.

But, unfortunately for him, the Republican Party coalesced around Donald Trump.

Instead of harping on it, DeSantis has gone back to doing what made him a household name to begin with, being a no-nonsense conservative governor.

And now he’s making Democrats lose their minds in massive way.

Migrants fleeing the frightening brutality of gang-controlled Haiti will join others being carried to Democratic strongholds such as Martha’s Vineyard, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said.

DeSantis told podcaster Dana Loesch on Tuesday that the transportation program for migrants will be operational.

“We do have our transport program … that’s going to be operational,” DeSantis said

“Haitians land in the Florida Keys, their next stop very well may be Martha’s Vineyard.”

The Sunshine State is only approximately 840 miles from Haiti, where armed groups have seized control following Prime Minister Ariel Henry’s resignation.

According to relief organizations, over 1.4 million Haitians are on the edge of famine, and more than 15,000 individuals have become homeless.

Politico adds that DeSantis has dispatched dozens of cops and troops, as well as helicopters, drones, and boats, to scan the South Florida waterways for any ships arriving from the country.

Their efforts appear to have paid off, as DeSantis claims that the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission intercepted a boat carrying 25 Haitian refugees, including five children.

DeSantis also told Loesch that it was shipping firearms, night vision goggles, and drugs off Florida’s coast.

“Look, Dana, I’ve got to defend my state,” that’s what he said.

“I’ve got enough issues just dealing with people fleeing from blue states moving to Florida.”
