The former president continues to face the wrath of Democrats. They’ll never stop going after him.

And Donald Trump was blindsided by legal attacks from this radical Leftist group.

A Democratic Political Action Committee (PAC) has lodged a complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) concerning former President Donald Trump’s interview with Elon Musk, the owner of X.

The committee has alleged that this interview constituted a “corporate contribution.”

Elon Musk had promoted the interview with Trump as an “unscripted” conversation which was broadcast live on X and lasted for two hours.

End Citizens United, the PAC behind the complaint, characterized the interview as a “campaign event” in a press release.

The PAC argued that the resources Musk utilized to facilitate the event breached campaign finance regulations.

End Citizens United President Tiffany Muller stated, “The Donald Trump-Elon Musk campaign rally hosted on X wasn’t just an incoherent diatribe of lies marred by technical difficulties. It was a blatantly illegal corporate contribution to Donald Trump’s campaign.” She further emphasized the seriousness of the situation, describing it as a “brazen corporate contribution” that undermines campaign finance laws and could set a dangerous precedent for unrestrained corporate involvement in political campaigns.

The PAC is calling on the FEC to investigate this corporate-funded event and to hold Trump, his campaign, and X Corp. accountable.

The complaint, filed on Tuesday, highlights several aspects of the event, including the involvement of X staff in addressing the “technical difficulties” that occurred during the live broadcast. Musk had attributed the initial delay to “a massive DDOS attack on X.” The complaint also accuses Musk of repeatedly expressing support for Trump during the interview.

As a result, the PAC is urging the FEC to impose the maximum penalties allowed by law on the respondents.

End Citizens United is not alone in its legal actions against the Trump-Musk interview. The United Auto Workers (UAW) has also filed federal labor charges against both billionaires.

The UAW’s complaint focuses on allegations that Musk and Trump “advocated for the illegal firing of striking workers,” a violation of the National Labor Relations Act, which protects workers’ rights to strike.

In addition, Thierry Breton, the European Union’s commissioner for the Internal Market, sent a letter to Musk warning of potential consequences if the interview crossed into what the EU considers hateful or misleading content.

However, the EU has since distanced itself from Breton’s letter, noting that he had not obtained authorization to send it.

During the interview, Musk and Trump discussed a variety of topics, including the assassination attempt on Trump, Vice President Kamala Harris’s record on the southern border, and Trump’s promise to establish an Iron Dome missile defense system in the United States. Musk had previously endorsed Trump’s bid for the White House last month.
