Donald Trump’s court case was blown up by this shocking allegation

All eyes are on the former president’s fate. But everything just changed.

And Donald Trump’s court case was blown up by this shocking allegation.

Anyone who has looked at the charges against former President Trump knows this is a political hatchet job.

For one, his supposed crime is “34 false statements made to cover up other crimes.”

What the crime is that he was allegedly covering up has yet to be told by the DA or his ilk.

So we’re only left to assume that pursuing the charges, which are rarely ever the leading charge in any other white collar case, is politically motivated.

And not we’re learning the Judge assigned to Trump’s case is a Biden supporting Leftist.

In 2020, Judge Juan Merchan, who is in charge of the criminal case against former President Donald Trump in Manhattan, gave $35 to Democratic causes. He gave $15 to President Biden’s campaign and $10 to a group that works to “resist… Donald Trump’s radical right-wing legacy.”

Records from the Federal Election Commission show that Merchan gave three small donations over the course of two days in July 2020 through ActBlue, which is the preferred online fundraising platform for the Democratic Party.

On July 26, 2020, the veteran judge gave $15 to the “Biden for President” campaign. The next day, he gave $10 each to the Progressive Turnout Project and Stop Republicans.

The Progressive Turnout Project’s stated mission is to “rally Democrats to vote,” according to the group’s website.

Stop Republicans is a subsidiary of the Progressive Turnout Project and describes itself as “a grassroots-funded effort dedicated to resisting the Republican Party and Donald Trump’s radical right-wing legacy.”

On the donation form, Merchan wrote that he was a judge and that he worked for the New York State Office of Court Administration, which the FEC has on file.

Since Merchan was charged, Trump, who is 76 years old, has criticized him and called him a “judge who hates Trump.”

“The Judge ‘assigned’ to my Witch Hunt Case, a ‘Case’ that has NEVER BEEN CHARGED BEFORE, HATES ME. His name is Juan Manuel Marchan, was hand-picked by Bragg & the Prosecutors,” Trump wrote on Truth Social last week, misspelling Merchan’s name.

Trump added that Merchan “is the same person who ‘railroaded’ my 75-year-old former CFO, Allen Weisselberg, to take a ‘plea’ deal (Plead GUILTY, even if you are not, 90 DAYS, fight us in Court, 10 years (life!) in jail.”

Weisselberg, who used to be the CFO of the Trump Organization, is serving time on Rikers Island after pleading guilty to a number of tax fraud charges.

Tuesday, after Merchan’s court hearing, Trump gave a speech at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida. During the speech, he also attacked Merchan’s family.

“I have a Trump-hating judge with a Trump-hating wife and family whose daughter worked for Kamala Harris and now receives money from the Biden Harris campaign — and a lot of it,” he claimed.
