Schumer just got the surprise of his life when this picture hit the public. He’s now getting loads of attention for all the wrong reasons.

And a humiliating photo of Chuck Schumer was leaked that has him panicking.

Politicians, both Republican and Democrat, oftentimes try and relate to their constituents.

They want to be viewed as a normal, everyday person who is just like their voters.

Some politicians are really good at this. Others, are completely out of touch and are viewed as elitists who have no idea how to relate to those who don’t have money and power like they do.

One of those politicians who aren’t good at relating to their constituents is Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY).

On Father’s Day, Schumer posted a picture on X (formerly Twitter) of himself grilling hot dogs and hamburgers.

Sounds pretty normal right? Many American families probably did the same to celebrate Father’s Day.

But Schumer made one massive mistake in the picture he posted on X.

In the photo, it’s clear that he put a slice of cheese on a raw hamburger that was on the grill.

Anyone who’s ever grilled before knows that the cheese doesn’t go in when the burger hasn’t been cooked yet. Usually, that step is saved for the end.

But Schumer clearly didn’t know that and still decided to post the picture anyway.

“Our family has lived in an apartment building for all our years, but my daughter and her wife just bought a house with a backyard and for the first time, we’re having a barbecue with hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill! Father’s Day Heaven,” Schumer’s post on X said.

After much backlash, the Leftist senator deleted the post.

He was also predictably bashed on X for his failed attempt at being a relatable politician.

“Why do Dems have to make it so easy to make fun of them,” one user on X said.

“Only one of the burners is on, the burgers are still raw but the hotdogs are already cooked, and you put cheese on a raw patty,” The Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh said.

“I get that you’re playing to the masses but literally no one puts cheese on a raw beef patty. If you need help learning how to do basic grilling stuff let me know. Nice try relating though,” Donald Trump Jr. said in an X post of his own.

The Left’s inability to relate to voters has been a thorn in their side for years now.

And it could very well hurt their chances in the 2024 elections later this year.
