Biden’s crimes are getting more public with each passing day. He doesn’t care who see it anymore.

And Joe Biden just violated this federal law without a second thought.

President Biden has been under investigation for violating various laws for years now.

At the ripe old age of 80, it’s almost as if he knows he isn’t ever going to face the music.

That’s why he completely disregards the law whenever he sees fit.

President Joe Biden’s administration is facing criticism online for their Pride Month exhibit at the White House on Sunday, with many Twitter users claiming that it violates the United States Flag Code.

In a Saturday post, Biden pandered to the “LGBT” community by presenting a set of flags hanging from the White House towards the South Lawn. A rainbow-colored Pride flag is flanked by two American flags in the display.

Twitter users claim the exhibit breaches a part of the United States Flag Code that requires the American flag to be displayed in the center of any display that includes numerous national flags or pennants.

“To advance revolutionary transgender agenda targeting children, Biden violates basic tenet of US Flag Code and disrespects every American service member buried under its colors,” wrote Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Fitton then cited US Flag Code 7. (e), which states that “the flag of the United States of America should be at the center and at the highest point of the group when a number of flags of States or localities or pennants of societies are grouped and displayed from staffs.”

The White House did not immediately reply to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.

On Saturday, Biden’s Pride Month celebration at the White House featured the display prominently.

The Pride community was lauded as “the bravest and most inspiring people” and an example for the United States and the rest of the world at the event, which featured performers and speakers promoting LGBT causes.

“Outside the gates of this house are those who want to drag our country backwards, and so many battles yet to be braved. But today, we’re not here to be strong. We’re not here to be courageous. Even though for so many of you, just coming to this event is an act of bravery,” said first lady Jill Biden.

“You know, we all move forward when we move together with your joy, with your pride lighting the way,” the president continued.

“So today, let us proudly remember who we are – the United States of America.”

Unfortunately, while the US Flag Code is a federal law, it is completely unenforceable.

Guidelines are solely specified in non-binding and optional terminology such as “should” and “custom,” implying that there is no punishment for disobeying any of its rules.

This is due to the Supreme Court’s decision in United States v. Eichman to declare the legislation unconstitutional.
