Everyone agrees that Biden won’t be running for office again in 2024, including prominent Democrats in their Party. However, Biden hasn’t made that claim himself.
And Joe Biden lost his mind when he saw who was taking over his job.
Simply put, it’s unlikely that the Democrats will allow Joe Biden to seek reelection in 2024.
Before his first term, his age was a cause for worry, and it will almost probably be too much to overcome against a challenger like Ron DeSantis or Donald Trump.
Additionally, during the past year, he has become a very unpopular President.
In order to pass the White House to another Democrat, the Democrats are attempting to lay the groundwork for a deception.
But who has been the question?
Many believed Kamala Harris would win, but with her popularity ratings on life support, it appears the Democrats are unwilling to consider that possibility any more.
Gavin Newsom, the governor of California, steps in at this point.
As he chooses confrontations with well-liked conservative Republicans like Ron DeSantis, he has recently been clamoring for national attention.
Many have come to wonder if he’s preparing to succeed Joe Biden as vice president in 2024.
And based on the reports, he is indeed carrying out that action.
As per The Daily Wire:
Individuals familiar with Newsom’s plans told TheWrap that Newsom was “undeniably, unequivocally” going to run for president if Biden does not run again.
According to the claims, a California fundraiser with strong ties to Governor Newsom informed TheWrap that Newsom will announce his bid for president following the midterm elections.
They also said Biden would declare he won’t run for president in 2024.
This is intriguing on a number of levels.
With more than two years left in the White House, Joe Biden’s announcement that he won’t seek reelection in 2024 would make it plain that he is a lame duck president.
The remainder of Biden’s presidency will need congressional Democrats to keep their distance.
That would result in a more than two-year legislative stalemate in Congress, giving the Democrats even more to overcome in the 2024 election.
In 2024, this would probably match Florida Governor Ron DeSantis or Donald Trump against Gavin Newsom.
That might also amount to political suicide for Newsom and the Democratic Party since he would be compelled to appease the radical Leftist “progressives” in California or risk coming off as a phony if he changed his position as soon as he declared his candidacy for president.
Because he simply doesn’t play games and will go on his Democratic opponent where it hurts, on policy, Ron DeSantis is incredibly popular.
Ron DeSantis or Donald Trump will eat Newsom alive because of his record of Californian policymaking, which won’t be appealing to the majority of Americans.
No matter how you look at it, the Democrats seem to be in for a very bad situation. We’ll simply have to wait and see what happens.
