President Biden’s policies are incredibly damaging. That’s especially true for those who serve in the armed forces.
And Joe Biden spits in the face of U.S. military families in this disgusting way.
This weekend marked the annual football game between the United States Military Academy and the United States Naval Academy, otherwise known as the Army-Navy game.
The game is enjoyed by alumni of the two schools who are proud servicemen and women of the United States.
But some of these military members and their families were not able to attend the game because local hotels were not offering reservations because they were housing illegal aliens.
Back in October, CBS News reported three hotels were working alongside the state of Massachusetts – where the football game was being held – to house illegal migrants.
Mar Mansbach, a travel agent, explained that “His clients’ previously booked hotel rooms were canceled to continue the lease with the state. Mansbach said at least 70 of his reservations were impacted,” according to CBS News.
Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA) who’s a 23 year veteran of the U.S. military, made it a point to criticize Biden for the hotel cancellations through a strongly worded letter.
“Your boder policies are failing, and it is abundantly clear change is needed. Your failed policies are directly harming military families…As you may know, this is an event for which ‘tens of thousands of veterans will pour into the greater Boston area’ hoping to celebrate America’s Game,” Ernst wrote to President Biden.
“It’s clear: these cancellations are due to your administration’s decision to ship illegal immigrants across the country to sanctuary cities at taxpayers’ expense.”
Ernst then emphasized the importance of the Army-Navy football game and how it can help recruiting during a time when the military has not been able to hit recruitment quotas as of late.
“The Army-Navy Game is not a trivial thing. It fosters esprit de corps between American military families, potential future servicemembers, and the Armed Forces. This is an imperative when the military is faced with the worst recruiting crisis in decades, in part driven by your politicization of it,” Ernst continued.
“Of the five Defense Department service branches, only two met their active-duty enlisted recruiting goals for fiscal [year] 2023 – the Marine Corps and the Space Force, by far the smallest services with the lightest recruiting burden. What’s more, military families attending the game often use it to interest their children in a career in the Armed Services.”
It’s clear: the #ArmyNavy hotel cancellations are due to the Biden admin’s decision to ship illegal immigrants across the country to sanctuary cities at taxpayers’ expense.

Joe Biden’s border crisis has been one of the worst failures of his presidency thus far.
A mass influx of illegal immigrants have made their way across the southern border in what some are calling an invasion.
Not only that, but his appointed Border Czar, Vice President Kamala Harris, has done little to nothing herself to solve the crisis.
And because of that, the nation’s legal citizens are the ones who are suffering.
Desired attendees of the Army-Navy game who could not attend the game because of hotels becoming temporary holding facilities for migrants, is just one example of how Biden’s border policies are negatively affecting Americans.
