Joe Biden’s been hit with devastating military news he never saw coming

President Biden has cornered himself in a big way. He has no idea what to do.

Because Biden’s been hit with devastating military news he never saw coming.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that attacks on Moscow are “absolutely fair” and that taking that struggle back into Russian territory is “inevitable” in a nationally broadcast speech to the nation of Ukraine on Sunday.

“Ukraine is getting stronger. Gradually, the war is returning to the territory of Russia to its symbolic centers and military bases, and this is an inevitable, natural, and absolutely fair process,” Zelensky said in his speech.

“Russian aggression has gone bankrupt on the battlefield. Today is the 522nd day of the so-called ‘special military operation,’ which the Russian leadership expected to last for a week or two,” he declared .

The Russian military ministry called the deployment of three Ukrainian drones to Moscow a “attempted terrorist attack,” prompting the Ukrainian president to make his remarks barely hours later.

Following the offensive, the agency announced on Telegram, “On the morning of July 30, the Kyiv regime’s attempted terrorist attack with unmanned aerial vehicles [UAV] on objects in the city of Moscow was thwarted.”

“One Ukrainian UAV was destroyed in the air by air defense systems over the territory of the Odintsovo district of Moscow region. Two more drones were suppressed by electronic warfare and, having lost control, crashed on the territory of Moscow City’s non-residential building complex.”

On Sunday, a number of drones were used in an assault on the Russian capital. Ukraine reportedly launched another 25 drones two hours later to assault the Crimean Peninsula, which has been under Putin’s occupation since 2014.

According to a statement released by the Russian military ministry, “sixteen Ukrainian UAVs were destroyed by air defense fire.” Electronic warfare was used to bring down nine more Ukrainian drones, which subsequently plummeted into the Black Sea.

Just after ex-Russian president Dmitry Medvedev hinted at the use of nuclear weapons, Ukraine vowed to bring the conflict back to Russia.

Medvedev, the deputy chairman of Russia’s security council, shared on Sunday that if the offensive, supported by NATO, were successful and they tore off a part of their land, Russia would be “obligated” to use a nuclear weapon in accordance with the rules of a decree from Russia’s president.

Ukraine’s planned talks with the United States of America on safety assurances and its goal of joining NATO, an international defense organization, coincide with the current upsurge in violence.

“We are starting talks with the United States this week,” Andriy Yermak, Zelensky’s chief of staff, said on Telegram.

This is all very problematic for President Biden for a variety of reasons.

First of all, this shows that the war between Russia and Ukraine doesn’t really seem to be coming to an end in the short term.

That’s been the claim of the White House Democrats who are trying to keep up support for the war in the eyes of the American people.

But the American public, according to many polls, are already suspicious about how much the federal government is spending on defending Ukraine.

Secondly, this news from Ukraine that they are eyeing an attack on Russian land is astonishing.

It shows just how complicated this war is and that it’s not as simple as Ukraine trying to defend themselves against Russia. That’s a major factor, but now Ukraine is out for revenge.

With how closely Joe Biden has aligned himself with the Ukrainian president, that could blow up in his face in the end.
