The White House Press Secretary usually peddles the party line. But she shocked everyone with her latest act of defiance.
And Karine Jean-Pierre completely backstabbed Democrats in a bombshell press briefing.
The Democrat Party plays the game of crafting a narrative way better than Republicans, unfortunately.
When they come out for or against an idea or event, there’s no doubt where they stand.
But the Israeli-Palestinian conflict has thrown a wrench in their playbook.
And now Dems are turning on Dems.
The White House has slammed statements made by some members of Congress’ “Squad” about the horrific terrorist assaults on Israel as “wrong,” “repugnant,” and “disgraceful.”
Karine Jean-Pierre, President Biden’s press secretary, was asked Tuesday for President Biden’s answer to progressive congressmen who demanded an immediate cease-fire and that the US stop backing Israel.
“I’ve seen some of those statements this weekend, and we’re going to continue to be very clear. We believe they’re wrong, we believe they’re repugnant, and we believe they’re disgraceful,” Jean-Pierre said, without naming names.
“Our condemnation belongs squarely with terrorists who have brutally murdered, r-ped, kidnapped hundreds, hundreds of Israelis. There can be no equivocation about that. There are not two sides here. There are not two sides,” she added, according to Fox News.

The progressive, pro-Palestinian reps who are part of the “Squad” focused on calling for all violence to stop — and for Biden to cease providing funding to the Jewish state.
The Democratic Socialists of America also organized a pro-Palestinian demonstration in Manhattan on Sunday, even as Israel counted over 12,000 dead, including hideously maimed children.
Rep. Shri Thanedar (D-Mich.) resigned from the party on Wednesday, expressing displeasure with the demonstration and the party’s slow response to the outpouring of rage.
“After the brutal terrorist attacks on Israel, which included the indiscriminate murder, r-pe, and kidnapping of innocent men, women, and children, I can no longer associate with an organization unwilling to call out terrorism in all its forms,” Thanedar, 68, said in a statement.
“Sunday’s hate-filled and antisemitic rally in New York City, promoted by the NYC-DSA, makes it impossible for me to continue my affiliation. I stand with Israel and its right to defend itself. There is no place for moral equivocation in the face of unadulterated evil as we have seen from Hamas.”
Over 1,300 Israelis have been killed, over 3,000 have been injured, and at least 100 have been kidnapped, with the death toll anticipated to grow as a result of Hamas terrorists firing thousands of rockets and sending dozens of militants into Israeli towns.
In harrowing videos, Hamas attackers were seen grabbing female hostages and parading them down the street.
“We are at war,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared, vowing Hamas will pay “a price it has never known.”
According to Gaza health officials, at least 1,400 Palestinians have been killed and another 6,000 have been injured.
