President Biden makes a career-ending move by saying this one damaging thing during a speech

Joe Biden is trying to win an election next year. But he’s been making it very hard on himself lately.

And President Biden makes a career-ending move by saying this one damaging thing during a speech.

The economy under Joe Biden has been an all-out disaster.

Inflation has risen, leaving many Americans wondering how they will afford to pay for bills, groceries, and gas.

Biden however thinks that the economy is in great shape and therefore everyone should be grateful to him and his administration.

“Well, this past week, as Americans gathered around their own kitchen tables for Thanksgiving dinner, that was our goal: to give them a little more breathing room. And together, we made progress,” Biden said in a speech on Monday.

“You know, from turkey, to air travel, to a tank of gas, costs went down. They went down.”

What Biden is clearly forgetting, is that prices are still up since he entered office in January of 2021.

In November of 2020, a frozen turkey per pound cost $1.15.

In November of this year, the price is at $1.27 per pound, a twelve-cent increase.

The president also mentioned air travel which has also gone up considerably.

Right when Biden got into office, the average price for monthly air travel was $208.03.

In October of 2023, that price had rise almost $50 to $251.31.

And of course, one of the biggest increases in price during Biden’s time in office, has been gasoline.

In January of 2021, the average cost for a gallon of gas was $2.38. That has now risen to $3.25 as of this November.

President Biden can do everything to try and convince the American public that the economy is flourishing, but the numbers don’t lie.

And sure, prices may have dropped, but they still aren’t at all where they were before he and his administration got started almost 3 years ago.

Even someone as mentally unfit as Joe Biden has to know that what he’s saying is completely misleading when it comes to the economy.
