Biden went to El Paso in January for a photo shoot and to act worried about the border issue he caused.
During the Biden border crisis, one of the most horrific images occurred in El Paso.
More than 1,000 illegal aliens, predominantly Venezuelans, attempted to rush a bridge between El Paso and Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.
The Border Patrol used crowd control methods to keep the swarm from entering the nation.
According to Mexican media, the stampede began as a result of a rumor that the border would be opened to allow them to seek refuge.
Afterward, heavily armed Mexican military personnel gathered on their side of the bridge to prevent another swarm of illegal aliens from attempting to rush it.
Two more bridges going into El Paso were forced to utilize “port hardening measures” due to “a potential danger to make a mass entry” as throngs of illegal immigrants began to assemble.
The border problem is worsening, and illegal aliens are becoming more confident in their attempts to enter the United States.
Republicans chastised Joe Biden for the implications of his border blunder following the alarming attempt by illegal aliens to overrun the El Paso bridge.
Representative August Pfluger (R-TX) blasted Biden for failing to address the border issue’s threat to national security.
“In what world do 1,000 foreign nationals rushing the sovereign border not catch the eye of the President of the United States as a national security threat?” Pfluger asked. “Republicans are pleading with Biden and Mayorkas to work with us to secure the border.”
Former sheriff Troy Nehls (R-TX) is a staunch supporter of former President Donald Trump’s border security policy, and had many questions for Joe Biden.
“How can anyone watch those videos without thinking there’s a full-blown invasion at our southern border?” Nehls said to Fox News. “In the 20-second video Bill Melugin posted, I didn’t see many families storming the border. I saw military-aged males trying to cross into the United States illegally. With a complete disregard for our laws, what makes anyone think they’ll follow the law once they’re here in America?”
