The Supreme Court handed Ron DeSantis a ruling that’s making Fauci sweat bullets

Ron DeSantis was one of the first Republican Governors to stand up and defend Americans from the pandemic puppeteers. Now he’s going on the offensive.

And the Supreme Court just handed Ron DeSantis a ruling that’s making Fauci sweat bullets.

On Thursday, the Florida Supreme Court granted Gov. Ron DeSantis’ request to appoint a grand jury to “investigate wrongdoings” connected to COVID-19 vaccines and their production.

The grand jury will be appointed by the Supreme Court to “investigate crime, return indictments, [and] make presentments” for a period of twelve months.

The grand jury will be selected based on the certified jury lists that the chief judges of the Fifth, Sixth, Tenth, Twelfth, and Thirteenth Judicial Circuits have provided.

In the court document, it is stated that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has “alleged that good and sufficient reason exists and that it is in the public interest to impanel a statewide grand jury, with jurisdiction throughout the State of Florida, to investigate crime, return indictments, make presentments, and otherwise perform all functions of a grand jury with regard to the offenses listed in section 905.34, Florida Statutes.”

According to the cited Statute, the grand jury will look into people and organizations, such as drug companies and other associations or organizations in the medical field, who are involved in the development, testing, and marketing of vaccines “supposed to prevent COVID-19 infection, symptoms, and transmission.”

Ronald Ficarrotta, a circuit judge for Hillsborough County, was chosen to oversee the inquiry.

On December 13, alongside the state’s surgeon general, Dr. Joseph Ladapo, DeSantis made his proposal known during a roundtable discussion on medicine.

DeSantis asserted during the event that the vaccine’s efficacy for public administration had been misrepresented by producers and lawmakers.

A Public Health Integrity Committee has also been established, according to DeSantis, with the goal of “countering misinformation” from federal organizations including the Centers for Disease Control, National Institutes of Health, and Food and Drug Administration.

At this point, DeSantis added, “you just assume that our CDC isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.”

“It’s not serving a useful function. It’s really serving to advance narratives, rather than do evidence-based medicine.”

According to DeSantis, the group will be made up of a number of qualified researchers who will be able to evaluate the suggestions and directives published by federal health agencies.

The creation of the Integrity Committee followed negotiations with governors from throughout America, and other states will soon announce the creation of comparable committees, according to the DeSantis corner.

It’s moves like these that has made Ron DeSantis a 2024 front-runner should he choose to run.

The Left lost their mind over the grand jury announcement from DeSantis, and Fauci himself even responded saying he “didn’t understand” what DeSantis was looking for.

The Florida State Supreme Court announcing that Ron DeSantis has “good and sufficient reason” to establish a grand jury is the worst news Fauci has heard all year.

He’s obviously sweating over what Ron DeSantis just might uncover.
