Donald Trump’s three U.S. Supreme Court picks completely changed the makeup of the bench. But it may not have been enough.
Because the U.S. Supreme Court just handed down a chilling ruling on the First Amendment that will leave you speechless.
There’s no doubt that one of Donald Trump’s prime achievements was seeing three Supreme Court Justice nominations confirmed to the bench.
It’s a part of his legacy, and why many conservatives voted for Trump in the first place, knowing he’d get at least two picks.
And for the most part, Justices Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett have served the country well with critical decisions to defend the U.S. Constitution.
Certainly one of the biggest decisions they helped pass down was the ruling on the Dobbs case that saw Roe v. Wade effectively overturned.
But of course, it hasn’t all been rosy. There’s been critical First Amendment cases being brought to the bench with rulings that should concern Americans.
The latest comes from the Arizona Republican Party chairwoman – Kelli Ward – who was looking to the High Court to prevent radical Democrats and RINOs in the sham January 6 House Committee from being able to subpoena her phone records.
Kelli Ward claims that allowing this subpoena would be a violation of her First Amendment rights, specifically the right to freely associate.
Unfortunately for her, the Supreme Court has rejected her request.
Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito argued in favor of granting her request, while the rest of the Court argued against.

This comes after the 9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled against Ward’s same request in that lower court in a split 2-1 vote.
That appellate court claimed that the Committee wasn’t targeting her for her politics, but that’s certainly hard to believe.
Just one look at the makeup of the January 6 Committee will lead you to believe that their actions have been entirely partisan in nature.
The disgraced California Democrat Adam Schiff serves on that Committee, alongside the laughable RINOs in Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger.
Anyone who believes that those members aren’t out to get their political opponents are either ignorant or not paying attention at all.
Regardless, this ruling is sadly another chipping away at the First Amendment rights of Americans.
The American public has come to expect that the federal government will always find a way to violate their privacy rights that are supposed to be guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.
