Top Republican prospect makes their decision about 2028 candidacy

It’s never too early to start talking about the next presidential election. People are already making predictions on who will run.

And a top Republican prospect has made a decision about their 2028 candidacy.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio has made it crystal clear he won’t challenge Vice President JD Vance for the 2028 GOP presidential nomination. This declaration shows the unbreakable unity within the MAGA movement.

“If JD Vance runs for president, he’s going to be our nominee, and I’ll be one of the first people to support him,” Rubio said to Chris Whipple during an interview that Vanity Fair published.

At 54, Rubio stands as a seasoned fighter from Florida, while the 41-year-old Vance brings that fresh, no-nonsense energy from Ohio.

Together, they’re seen as the powerhouse duo ready to carry the torch after President Trump’s term wraps up.

Trump himself has been dropping hints like a true strategist, pushing for these two to team up and dominate. He knows the Republican Party needs ironclad leadership to keep crushing the radical left.

“We have JD obviously — the vice president is great. Marco’s great. I’m not sure if anybody would run against those two. I think if they formed a group, it would be unstoppable,” Trump said back in October.

Of course, the boss has toyed with the idea of somehow bypassing the Constitution’s two-term limit to run again, keeping everyone on their toes.

But White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles set the record straight to Whipple, declaring Trump won’t actually defy the 22nd Amendment, “but he sure is having fun with it.”

Rubio dropped this gem during a deep-dive profile on Wiles, the Florida powerhouse who’s been instrumental in running the tightest ship in White House history.

It’s no surprise these Florida natives are syncing up to protect America’s interests.

Wiles didn’t hold back on Vance’s journey, calling his shift from Trump skeptic to full-throated ally “sort of political.”

This all comes from Chris Whipple, the so-called expert on White House chiefs of staff, who wrote that 2017 book “The Gatekeepers: How the White House Chiefs of Staff Define Every Presidency.”

Wiles, ever the straight shooter, blasted the piece right after it dropped. She took to X Tuesday morning, calling out the bias loud and clear.

“[A] disingenuously framed hit piece on me and the finest President, White House staff, and Cabinet in history.”

This kind of media ambush is nothing new for the Trump team. They’ve faced endless smears from outlets desperate to undermine the movement that’s putting America first.

Rubio’s decision ramps up excitement for 2028, signaling a seamless handover to leaders who won’t sell out to globalists or woke elites.
