The world is becoming a more dangerous place by the day. Radicals aren’t interested in following the rules.
And this Trump official fires back after ICE agents are blindsided by a deadly threat.
A chilling video recently surfaced on TikTok, where a user issued a violent call to action against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents. The clip, posted by TikTok user belal_donq, urged viewers to “shoot at ICE agents on sight,” igniting a firestorm of controversy and prompting swift responses from law enforcement and social media watchdogs.
“Shoot at ICE agents on sight. That’s right. If ICE agents are trying to take you or a loved one, shoot them on sight,” belal_donq declared in the video. He went on to argue that ICE agents have been arriving in unmarked vehicles, wearing masks, and lacking visible badges, making their identity questionable.
“The way they’re pulling up with masks on, with unmarked vehicles, no badge, no nothing. It could be anybody. It can be gang members. You have every right to shoot at them,” he said, framing it as a potential self-defense scenario. “This would be the best self-defense case. You’re just in fear for your life. You don’t know who’s behind that unmarked vehicle or who’s behind that mask.”
The TikTok user didn’t stop there. He criticized the tactics allegedly employed by ICE, calling them “ridiculous” and comparing their approach to that of organized crime. “They’re pulling up like the Mafia. You might as well shoot them on sight and have your day in court,” he added.
He also questioned the morality of the agents’ work, asking, “What is our country coming to? Why would you want to be an ICE agent anyway? Do you like separating kids from their parents? Do you like deporting students that are studying? I can understand deporting a gang member or criminals. But innocent people. It’s ridiculous.”
The video quickly caught the attention of authorities. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem responded on X, sharing a thread featuring the clip and issuing a stern warning.
“If you threaten or attempt to harm a law enforcement officer we will find you and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law,” she wrote. Following outreach from Fox News Digital, belal_donq reportedly removed the video from TikTok on Sunday evening.
The incident drew sharp criticism from Hector Garza, Vice President of the National Border Patrol Council, who spoke with Fox News Digital about the dangers of such rhetoric.
“This kind of rhetoric is not only dangerous, it incites real-world violence and undermines the rule of law. Our agents risk their lives every day to protect this country, and they deserve to do their jobs without fear of being targeted simply for wearing the uniform,” Garza stated.
He emphasized the council’s firm stance, saying, “The National Border Patrol Council unequivocally condemns any form of violence or threats directed at federal law enforcement officers, including our colleagues at ICE.”
Garza also called on social media companies to act swiftly. “Free speech does not extend to inciting criminal acts, and allowing such content to remain online puts lives at risk,” he argued, urging platforms to clamp down on posts that promote violence.
This controversy emerges just days after TikTok took steps to curb another troubling trend by removing the hashtag “#CartelTok” from its search engine. The tag had been used by cartel members to flaunt their criminal activities and lure teenagers in the U.S. and Mexico into human smuggling operations.
A TikTok spokesperson confirmed to Fox News Digital that, beyond axing the hashtag, the platform had also banned “known leaders of cartels or gangs” who violated its policies.
Many of these videos showcased stacks of cash, jewelry, and luxury goods as bait for potential recruits.
Social media giants like Snapchat, TikTok, and Meta—parent company of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp—have previously assured Fox News Digital that they maintain strict policies to tackle such content and remove it when flagged.
Yet, incidents like these continue to raise questions about the challenges of policing online platforms in real time.
As this story unfolds, it highlights the delicate balance between free expression and the potential for words to ignite harm, leaving law enforcement and tech companies alike grappling with the fallout.
