All the Left seems to do is cover for Joe Biden. But he still continues to make a mockery of the office of the presidency.
And the White House press secretary falls flat on her face after trying to cover for Biden.
On Easter Sunday, Americans, particularly Christians, were horrified after President Joe Biden and the white House proclaimed that the day would be “Transgender Visibility Day.”
Biden even sent out a post on X to celebrate the occasion, saying, “Today, on Transgender Day of Visibility, I have a simple message to all trans Americans: I see you. You are made in the image of God, and you’re worthy of respect and dignity.”

Of course, the president received backlash for the post from those who consider the day as a holy day instead of one to celebrate transgenderism.
But White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre thought that the criticism was unwarranted and argued that March 31 is always the set day for Transgender Visibility Day, while Easter is on a different Sunday each year.
While holding a press conference, Jean-Pierre claimed that misinformation was being spread that Biden was declaring Easter Sunday as Transgender Visibility Day.

This is typical gaslighting by the left and Jean-Pierre.
Biden had the opportunity to not issue a proclamation that referred to Sunday as Transgender Visibility Day. There was no law forcing him to do so yet he did anyway and insulted millions of Americans across the country.
Of course, Jean-Pierre didn’t mention that he had that choice because it would’ve gone against her narrative of blaming “misinformation” for the reason why the president is receiving such harsh criticism.
In fact, Biden and the White House definitely knew of the choices they had, as they didn’t say anything about Transgender Visibility Day on the White House Spanish account on X.
A large portion of Hispanics are religious and Biden and his administration likely knew that any sort of post about transgenderism on Easter Sunday would be met greatly admonished.
President Biden is also losing support among Hispanic voters so he likely didn’t want to further hurt his standing among that voting demographic.

According to Jean-Pierre and the rest of the White House staff, Biden is immune to any sort of criticism.
Anything that he allegedly does wrong is not actually his fault but the fault of either “misinformation” or the American public simply not understanding things properly.
This type of gaslighting from the White House could very well come back to bite them in November.
