The president has been known to make life difficult for those who work with him. But no one ever expected this.
As Joe Biden’s involvement in an attack on the Secret Service has Republicans outraged.
It’s no secret that President Joe Biden can’t manage the country.
Everything he touches goes to ruin.
And the same thing happens with his pets.
Before being placed into custody with other family members, President Biden and his wife, Jill Biden, had a German shepherd named Commander who lived with them in the White House.
Having a dog in the White House is common for most presidents.
But what isn’t as common is for that dog to attack Secret Service agents. And that’s exactly what Commander would do.
Before Commander left the White House, he was involved in multiple biting incidents with Secret Service members, as well as Biden’s other German Shepherd, Major.
And to make matters worse, President Biden suggested that one agent lied about being bitten.
According to the New York Post, “The 81-year-old president reportedly accused a Secret Service member of lying about being attacked by Major during his first year in office, but was present for at least three separate attacks involving Commander, files released to Judicial Watch under Freedom of Information Act litigation show.”
“A previously unreported incident on Sept. 12, 2023, featured a pair of bites in which Commander tore holes in a Secret Service member’s suit as Biden took him for a walk in the Kennedy Garden along the South Lawn of the White House.”
One Secret Service agent in a report explained how Commander attacked him while the president was walking the dog one evening.
“While [Biden] and Commander were in the Kennedy Garden I was standing half way from the Book-Sellers [lobby] and the Family Theater. [Biden] opened the Book-Seller door and said [redacted],” the agent said.
“As I started to walk toward him to see if he needed help, Commander ran through his legs and bit my left arm through the front of my jacket. I pulled my arm away and yelled no.”
“[President Biden] also yelled [redacted] to Commander. [Biden] then [redacted]. I obliged and Commander let me pet him. When turning to close the door, Commander jumped again and bit my left arm for the second time. [Biden] again yelled at Commander and attached the leash to him. My suit coat has 3 holes, 1 being all the way through. No skin was broken.”
When another biting incident occurred, one Secret Service member said to another to “have a safe shift,” because of the crazed-dog.
There were even calls from the Secret Service’s Safety, Health & Environmental Division to “find a way to get this dog muzzled.”
According to Breitbart News, there were 24 attacks by Commander during his time at the White House and at other places.
Sure, a dog can bite from time to time, but it was clear that Commander had a very bad habit that wasn’t put in check by the Biden family.
Maybe President Biden should think about training his dogs better instead of trying to cover up their misbehavior by accusing a Secret Service agent – who’s job is to protect Biden – of lying about being bitten.
