Donald Trump receives a stunning report that’s shaking up the presidential race

Trump is fresh off a second attempt on his life. And the curveballs are flying at him from all sides now.

And he just received a stunning report that’s shaking up the presidential race.

In yet another example of media bias, The New York Times has taken aim at former President Trump, painting him as an “instigator” and “inspiration” of political violence just days after he survived a second assassination attempt.

The timing of these accusations, led by chief White House correspondent Peter Baker, is no surprise coming from a publication that has consistently vilified Trump while downplaying the actual threats he faces.

“Donald Trump has long been seen as an instigator of political violence,” Baker claims in a video posted by The Times on Tuesday, offering no acknowledgment of the real violence and hatred Trump endures.

Instead of sympathizing with a former president who has now survived two attempts on his life, Baker shifts the blame back onto Trump, insisting he has “trafficked in the language of violence.”

This is despite Trump’s clear stance on who is truly responsible for the heated political environment.

In an interview with Fox News Digital, Trump directly pointed to the dangerous rhetoric from President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, both of whom have called him a “threat to democracy.”

Trump didn’t mince words, holding their inflammatory statements accountable for fueling the latest assassination attempt.

The suspect, Ryan Wesley Routh, was arrested after being spotted aiming a rifle through a chain-link fence near Trump’s golf course.

This comes only months after a July assassination attempt where Trump was shot at during a rally in Pennsylvania.

Yet the media continues to brush these incidents aside, focusing instead on twisting Trump’s words to fit their narrative.

Baker’s criticism goes further, accusing Trump of creating a culture of violence by simply defending his supporters.

He dredges up old claims that Trump “encouraged violence” at rallies or spoke harshly against lawbreakers like looters or criminals crossing the border.

Rather than addressing the political climate that put a target on Trump’s back, Baker conveniently overlooks the fact that the suspect in the recent shooting had echoed Biden and Harris’ own words that “Democracy is on the ballot.”

In a moment where the nation should be united in condemning violence against a political figure—especially a former president—Baker suggests that Trump’s survival of not one but two assassination attempts hasn’t prompted the necessary “soul-searching” about America’s political state.

But perhaps the real soul-searching should be done by those, like Baker, who continue to push divisive narratives instead of confronting the dangerous rhetoric from the left.

Even as The New York Times and its reporters like Baker and Michael Barbaro on “The Daily” podcast continue to repeat the falsehood that Trump “inspires” violence, they refuse to acknowledge the undeniable truth: Trump, more than any modern political figure, is the target of unprecedented levels of hatred and actual violence.

Yet, through it all, he remains unshaken, continuing to call out those who wish to silence him, whether through rhetoric or more sinister means.

It’s clear that Trump’s resilience in the face of these threats only frustrates his critics further, but the American people can see through the biased media narrative.

Instead of blaming the victim, it’s time to hold accountable the real sources of divisive and dangerous rhetoric in today’s political landscape.
