The Trump White House is on a roll. They’re the president’s agenda at a fast pace.
And the White House has made a groundbreaking announcement that has Leftists throwing a fit.
ICE Crackdowns Focus on Criminal Illegal Aliens Across the U.S.
A wave of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations has swept through cities nationwide, targeting illegal aliens with serious criminal records, the White House announced recently. The numbers tell a compelling story: a vast majority of those detained are either convicted criminals or facing pending charges.
“70% of those arrested under President Trump’s ICE had criminal convictions or pending charges. We’re talking m*rderers, r*pists, and child predators,” the White House stated.
“This is what leadership looks like. No more catch-and-release—ONLY CATCH AND DEPORT.”
DHS Validates Criminal Arrest Statistics
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) backed up these claims in a July 9 press release, spotlighting raids in Minneapolis:
“70% of ICE arrests are of criminal illegal aliens with convictions or pending charges,” DHS confirmed, emphasizing that the operations zero in on individuals with documented criminal pasts.
DHS also shed light on the misleading “non-criminal” label applied to some illegal aliens. “Additionally, many illegal aliens categorized as ‘non-criminals’ are actually terrorists, human rights abusers, gang members and more—they just don’t have a rap sheet in the U.S.,” the agency stated.
It called the term deceptive, noting, “This deceptive ‘non-criminal’ categorization is devoid of reality and misleads the American public.”
Florida Raids Expose Severe Crimes
In Florida, ICE’s Miami office made headlines with arrests of individuals tied to heinous crimes. Breitbart News reported: “On June 9, for instance, ICE Miami arrested Mexican illegal immigrant Adolfo Santoscoy-Rodriguez, whose criminal history includes a conviction of child abuse and forcible r*pe.”
Another detainee, Noel Acosta-Moya from Venezuela, was convicted of “kidnapping and s*xual assault of a child under 13.” Homicide convictions marked the records of Santo Villaba-Reyes from Venezuela and Alberto Godinez-Lopez from Guatemala, both apprehended by ICE Miami.
Los Angeles saw similar high-stakes operations, though they sparked riots. ICE detained illegal aliens with extensive rap sheets, including charges like “s*xual battery, willful cruelty to a child, domestic violence, second degree m*rder, assault with intent to commit r*pe, distribution of cocaine and heroin, child molestation, and more,” per Breitbart News.
Among them was Gerardo Antonio-Palacios, a previously deported Mexican with homicide and burglary convictions, and Antonio Benitez-Ugarte, also from Mexico, convicted of drug trafficking.
Minneapolis Targets Child-Related Crimes
In Minneapolis, DHS highlighted arrests involving crimes against children, further illustrating the targeted nature of these raids.
The agency has committed to regular updates, offering transparency about the criminal backgrounds of those detained and reinforcing its mission to enhance public safety through focused enforcement.
