Representative Schiff lied through his teeth about Trump’s supposed collusion with Russia. Now he’s going to pay.
And Adam Schiff is scared stiff after being hit with this legal threat.
For years the Democrats pushed the lie that Donald Trump was a Russian agent hellbent on destroying American democracy.
Rep. Schiff led the charge claiming that his privileged access to classified information showed “ample evidence” of Trump colluding with Russia.

Of course, none of that was true. But what does that mean for the lying Congressman?
Well according to one of Schiff’s colleagues, it means he should pay up millions of dollars for his disgusting lies.
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) filed legislation to pay Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) $16 million for “egregious abuse of the trust of the American people” over his claims of conspiracy between former President Donald Trump and Russia during the 2016 election.
“It is the obligation of House Leadership to back up this motion for the American people and hold this feckless man accountable,” Rep. Luna said in a statement.
“This is a privileged resolution and it is the right thing for House Leadership to support and bring accountability and respect back to the House of Representatives. ALL Members of Congress must be held to this standard.”
The proposed penalties is roughly half the expense borne by taxpayers for the federal investigation into alleged Trump-Russia connection, which has been disproved by special counsels Robert Mueller and John Durham’s reports.
Last week, Breitbart News reported that Durham cleared Donald Trump of all allegations of Russian collusion and admitted that the FBI had targeted and spied on the former president.
Schiff has claimed since 2017 that the evidence linking President Trump to the Russian hoax was not circumstantial.
The resolution underlines Schiff’s status as chair of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), which allows him access to sensitive information that other members do not have.
This position enabled Schiff to “instigate a fraudulently based investigation, which he then used to amass political gain and fundraising dollars.”
Among the various violations named in the resolution, pertaining to Trump associate Carter Page, is this:
Representative Schiff composed a false memo justifying the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant application on Trump associate Carter Page, which Inspector General Horowitz later found was riddled with 17 major mistakes and omissions, provoking FISA Court Presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer to state unequivocally that the Federal Bureau of Investigation “mislead [sic] the FISC.”
The resolution noted that Schiff maligned Carter, referring to him as a Russian collaborator, and therefore “contributed to the gross violation of a United States citizen’s civil liberties.”
According to the resolution, Rep. Schiff “recited a false, concocted rendition of a phone call between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.”
Luna presented a separate motion last week aimed at expelling Schiff from Congress for alleged misuse of his position on the intelligence committee.
