The Biden administration is covered in controversy. All they seem to do is commit questionable actions.
And the Biden admin was caught in a disturbing hiring scandal after this shocking report surfaced.
The Biden-Harris administration’s Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking to fill a senior diversity position with a salary that could reach nearly $200,000 per year—more than three times the national average income.
The role, officially titled “senior diversity and inclusion specialist,” comes with a pay range from $122,198 to $191,900 annually, well above the 2024 U.S. average income of $59,428. At its upper limit, the salary for this position is 3.2 times higher than the national average.
This senior-level diversity specialist will be responsible for shaping and guiding the agency’s diversity and inclusion strategies.
According to the job posting, the chosen candidate will be tasked with “identifying best practices that will incorporate diversity and inclusion in training material” and acting as a “trusted subject matter expert and source for diversity and inclusion educational services on the most complex and sensitive diversity and inclusion matters.”
Additionally, the position involves promoting a “sound business case for diversity” at all organizational levels, while tracking related education, marketing, and communication efforts.
The timing of this hiring aligns with the Biden-Harris administration’s broader effort to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices across the federal government.
The Daily Wire previously reported that the IRS included DEI training content from a far-left academic who once advocated for the “death of whiteness” in a journal article titled Dead H*nky. This controversial content was part of training for IRS criminal investigators.
The IRS is not alone in embracing the DEI agenda within federal agencies. The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), for instance, marked Pride Month by offering intelligence officers manicures in the colors of the transgender flag and hosting a talk by a “transgender non-binary first-generation Filipinx-American activist and educator,” according to prior Daily Wire reports.
Additionally, ODNI published a DEI newsletter featuring a cross-dressing intelligence agent and urged the avoidance of “problematic phrases” when discussing Islamic terrorism.
Other federal agencies have followed suit. The National Security Agency (NSA) released a 34-page DEI glossary including terms like “white fragility” and “transmisogyny.”
The Department of the Interior issued a guide to “inclusive language,” advising employees to avoid using gendered terms such as “son,” “daughter,” “husband,” and “wife.” They also hosted an “ally awards” ceremony, featuring bureaucrats performing a diversity poem.
The Commerce Department is similarly expanding its DEI efforts, currently advertising a Diversity Program Specialist role. The duties of this position include establishing “strategic partnerships with external diversity-related organizations.” The maximum salary for this role is listed at $128,956 annually.
Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump has indicated that, if re-elected, he would take aggressive steps to roll back the DEI initiatives that have permeated federal agencies.
“We will pass critical reforms making every executive branch employee fireable by the President of the United States,” Trump said at a rally, laying out his plans to curb the power of what he referred to as the “deep state.”
But in the meantime, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris are focused on using woke Leftist tactics to try and destroy government institutions.
Not only are they in favor of expanded government, they’re also in favor of inserting their radical Leftist ideologies into it.
As one could expect, that would only make the government even more inefficient than it already is.
