President Biden is desperate to increase his approval rating. But that’s looking highly unlikely after his administration’s latest failure.
And Biden was caught in one disgusting act that he can’t hide from anymore.
Joe Biden’s response to the Maui wildfires was nothing short of awful.

From responding with “no comment” to a reporter’s question about the casualties in the fires, to falling asleep during a ceremony for the victims, Biden could not have come across less sympathetic.

The President’s response to the tragedy was met with criticism from both parties.
And during a White House press conference, Peter Doocy, a reporter from Fox News decided to press the Biden administration on that criticism.
“It seems like the hurricane response so far is robust. Did you guys realize that the initial Hawaii wildfire response was not that good or is it just easier for people to get help from the White House when the president is not on vacation?” Doocy said.
KJP to Doocy on whether #Idalia response is better than Hawaii's wildfires b/c Biden isn't on vacation: "So, the premise of your question & the way you posed [it], I disagree…If you talk to…the governor…the folks on the ground, they would say…[he] reacted in record time" pic.twitter.com/rhvoSsTFv9

Doocy’s accusation that Biden failed in his reaction to the fires in Maui, had White House Press Secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, in defensive mode.
“So, if you talk to – if you were to do your reporting and speak to the governor of Hawaii, the senators of Hawaii, the folks on the ground, they would say that the president reacted in record time when it came to dealing with the wildfires, when it came to dealing and making sure that they got everything that they need on the federal level to deal with what was going on on the ground” Jean-Pierre said.
“Let’s not forget, there were more than 600 federal employees on the ground already to assist with the wildfires in Maui. So, your question – is wrong – it’s flawed in many, many ways.”

Jean-Pierre insisted that Joe Biden responded in record time, but that couldn’t be further from the truth.
Instead of quickly rushing to Maui from his vacation in Delaware, he instead made a stop at his home in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, to take another vacation.
And once he finally decided to visit Hawaii, Biden was only there for a short amount of time before deciding it was time to go back to Nevada and relax.

The White House better be prepared for more tough questions and criticisms on Joe Biden’s lack of action in Maui.
