The Left will turn to violence when it doesn’t get its way. There’s no low they won’t stoop to.

And Capitol Police made shocking arrests that have alarming consequences for America.

Authorities reported more than 50 pro-Palestinian protesters were arrested Monday morning after throwing what appeared to be bloodstained dollar bills in the foyer of a Senate office building and demanding a cease-fire in Gaza.

“Cease-fire now! Cease-fire now!” shouted protesters wearing black T-shirts that declared “Stop Weapons Now,” as they held up a banner that read, “Aid to Israel = Bombing Palestinians.”

According to photographs released by NBC News, a lone protester ascended an enormous sculpture in the atrium of the Hart Senate Office Building and sat cross-legged above the fray before Capitol Police officers and DC firefighters brought in a ladder and ordered him down.

According to a Capitol Police spokesperson, 49 persons were arrested and charged with crowding, obstructing, or incommoding.

The individual who claimed the statue, as well as another woman, were charged with resisting arrest, bringing the total number of people arrested to 51.

Bags of cash were painted red to imitate bloodstains and dumped across the atrium floor as part of the protest.

“Anti-Israel protestors making a mess of the Senate. I’m sure they’ll change hearts and minds by making hardworking Senate custodial workers spend their entire day cleaning up the mess they created,” Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) said on X.

“Thank you to Capitol Police and the Senate facility staff for upholding professionalism in the midst of such clownery.”

On Monday, Jewish Voice for Peace protesters shackled themselves to the White House fence as workers prepared to host an evening Hanukkah party.

The protests came after a series of rallies at other buildings on the Capitol complex and in major US towns, despite a new survey showing that a majority of Americans believe Israel is pursuing acceptable military action to defend itself from Hamas terrorists.

Democrats, on the other hand, support the Jewish state’s military action significantly less than Republicans, with 48% expressing equal sympathy for Israelis and Palestinians and 24% expressing only sympathy for Palestinians. According to the Wall Street Journal poll, only 17% of Democrats sympathize more with Israel.

Republicans and Democrats in the Senate are debating President Biden’s request for a $106 billion supplemental national security package, which would include military support to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan, as well as additional border security funds.

Senate Democrats, led by Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), have been unanimous in their support for the aid package, with just Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) voting against it last week.

“I voted NO on the foreign aid supplemental bill today for one reason. I do not believe that we should give the right-wing extremist Netanyahu government an additional 10.1 billion dollars with no strings attached to continue their inhumane war against the Palestinian people,” Sanders said in a statement.

“Israel has the absolute right to defend itself against the Hamas terrorists who attacked them on October 7. They do not have the legal or moral right to kill thousands of innocent Palestinian men, women, and children.”

The vote was primarily symbolic, as Republicans oppose the package until immigration policy amendments are incorporated into its text, with many doubting that such a deal could pass before the holiday hiatus.

During their Oct. 7 invasion of the Jewish state, Hamas terrorists massacred over 1,200 people, largely civilians, including at least 33 Americans. Jihadists also returned roughly 240 hostages to Gaza, including approximately ten Americans, two of whom were released during a week-long cease-fire last month.

A top Israel Defense Forces official acknowledged last week that the war has killed around 5,000 Hamas terrorists and 10,000 Palestinian civilians.
