Crime is getting out of control in this country thanks to the Left’s horrid policies. This politician found that out the hard way.
And a Democrat Congressman is in shambles after becoming the victim of this heinous crime.
Unless your head is buried in the sand, it’s pretty well known that California has become incredibly crime-ridden.
Thanks to the Democrat leaders of the state, including Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA), crime has gotten out of control.
Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) found that out the hard way while visiting San Francisco this week.
On Thursday, his luggage was stolen out of his car which was parked in a parking garage.
Schiff had plans to attend a nice dinner but had to forego the fancy attire since his luggage was stolen.
The Democrat rep. is currently running to take over the late Senator Dianne Feinstein’s (D-CA) Senate seat.
He had plans to attend the fancy dinner with his supporters, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
“Yes, they took my bags,” Schiff said to the San Francisco Chronicle.
“But I’m here to thank Joe.” Joe Cotchett is a lawyer who is a supporter of Schiff’s Senate run.
“I guess it’s ‘Welcome to San Francisco,” Lee Houskeeper, Cotchett’s spokesperson, said to the Chronicle.
Schiff was forced to attend the dinner and give remarks to those in attendance in just a long-sleeve shirt and a hiking vest.
He didn’t seem phased by the robbery, according to Cotchett.
“Adam really showed himself tonight. He’ll be a great senator – he’s going to change the Senate tremendously,” Cotchett said.
Maybe Rep. Schiff should’ve been bothered by the incident.
Crime is rampant all across California and it’s thanks to Leftists’, like Schiff, soft-on-crime policies.
That’s why so many people are leaving the Golden State in an effort to live somewhere else where they won’t encounter vicious criminals who threaten their way of life.
Hopefully, the theft that Schiff experienced will be a wake-up call for him to encourage his fellow Democrats to try and get a grip on California’s crime problem.
But we wouldn’t hold our breath.
