And a Democrat congresswoman just confessed her utter betrayal of America in a shocking statement.
For several decades now, the Democrat Party is rarely associated with patriotism. Far too often, members of the party are constantly bashing the United States and scoff at anyone displaying any sort of patriotism throughout their daily lives.
Not only that, but Democrats are actively rooting for the presidential administration to fail, which would in turn cause the country as a whole to fail. This type of mindset has been prevalent across the Democrat Party for too long.
But now, it’s reached a boiling point after what this Leftist congresswoman said on a radio show recently.
Rep. Jasmine Crockett Openly Rooting For Canada And Mexico Over The U.S.
In a striking and insane display of misplace loyalties, Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, expressed her support for Mexico and Canada amid ongoing tensions with the United States under President Donald Trump’s administration.
Speaking on “The Breakfast Club” radio show, Crockett praised the two neighboring countries for standing firm against the Trump administration’s actions. “Canada has really been the one to call it out. The fact that I am rooting for Canada and that I am rooting for Mexico a lot is really wild. But, they are really the ones speaking truth to power right now,” she said.
Crockett emphasized that both Mexico and Canada appear to have a clear understanding of the current U.S. administration. “They can see what it is, and they were, like, ‘We are not messing with this crazy regime from Mar-a-Lago and basically calling them thugs,'” she added.
The conversation was sparked when DJ Envy, a co-host of the show, asked Crockett about Trump’s use of presidential pardons, suggesting that support for the former president might come with legal perks.
Envy pointed to New York City Mayor Eric Adams as an example, noting that the Justice Department under Trump’s leadership sought to dismiss a corruption case against Adams, who has recently pledged to align with Trump’s immigration policies.
“It seems like if you cool with Trump, you get a pardon, if you cool with Trump, he’ll tell you don’t prosecute them,” Envy said, prompting co-host Charlamagne tha God to chime in, “If you’re cool with Trump, you’ll get paid.”
This discussion comes on the heels of Trump’s executive order imposing a 25% tariff on imports from Canada and Mexico, along with a 10% tariff on Chinese imports.
According to Trump’s office, these measures are part of an overall strategy to hold Mexico, Canada, and China accountable for failing to curb illegal immigration and the flow of illicit drugs into the United States.
The tariffs quickly drew sharp responses from U.S. allies. In retaliation, both Canada and Mexico announced their own tariffs on American imports.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau criticized the U.S. move, stating, “The actions taken today by the White House split us apart instead of bringing us together.”
Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum also rejected the Trump administration’s claims. “[Mexico] categorically reject[s] the White House’s slander against the Mexican government of having alliances with criminal organizations, as well as any intention of intervention in our territory.”
