And Donald Trump details a new strategy involving Melania Trump that has the Left’s hair on fire.
Former first lady Melania Trump hasn’t been one for the spotlight over the years.
During former President Donald Trump’s term in the White House, the first lady was not big on bringing herself a lot of attention.
And the same is true for Melania when her husband ran for president back in the 2016.
But now Donald Trump has announced that Melania will have a bigger role in his current run for the White House.
“She wants to make America great again too,” Trump said to Fox News when speaking of Melania.
“I rely on her for advice and all the others. I think she will be very active.”
Trump has been able to rely on his family during his political career, especially over the past few years as he’s been the subject of the radical Left’s many attacks.
He described their support as “tremendous,” but is worried that an “unfair” political attack could be made towards his family.
Melania Trump is still grieving the loss of her mother, Amalija Knavs, who passed away on January 9.
She gave an eulogy at the funeral which was held in Palm Beach, Florida.
“My mother, the epitome of elegance and grace, exemplified the essence of a true woman,” Melania said in her eulogy.
“Her nurturing spirit had no limits, creating a legacy that will last for generations. She showered her grandson, Barron, with affection, illuminating his world with love, tender care, and unwavering devotion.”
“She embodied the best mother, wife, grandmother, mother-in-law, a true beacon of love and luxury in our lives.”
Donald Trump did not speak at the funeral but he did pay tribute to his mother-in-law and wife during his victory speech after winning the Iowa caucuses.
“I think, most importantly, I want to thank my incredible wife, first lady, I’ll say former and maybe future – but more important than Melania, I want to thank her incredible, beautiful mother who passed away a few days ago.”
“And she’s up there, way up there. She’s looking down, and she’s so proud of us. And I just want to say to Amalija, you are special, one of the most special people I’ve ever known.”
At the time this article is being written, there isn’t any announcements on when Melania will join Trump next on the campaign trail, but it’s obvious that the former president is excited and ready for her to expand her role during his campaign.
