Donald Trump reveals who really runs the Supreme Court

Trump’s life has been turned upside down by countless cases. Now he’s letting secrets out.

And Donald Trump just revealed who really runs the Supreme Court.

On Tuesday evening and Wednesday, former President Donald Trump blasted a Colorado Supreme Court decision that barred him from voting in the state’s Republican presidential primary.

The Colorado Supreme Court determined that Trump is unable to run for president again for “inciting the crowd that breached the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021,” which the court stated violated Section 3 of the 14th Amendment’s insurrection clause.

The court has postponed its ruling until January 4, or indefinitely if an appeal is filed.

In a statement issued Tuesday evening, Trump’s campaign promised to fight the ruling.

The former president lambasted the verdict in a series of posts on his Truth Social account, including video of pundits and legal experts as well as his own criticism of the decision.

“BIDEN SHOULD DROP ALL OF THESE FAKE POLITICAL INDICTMENTS AGAINST ME, BOTH CRIMINAL & CIVIL. EVERY CASE I AM FIGHTING IS THE WORK OF THE DOJ & WHITE HOUSE. NO SUCH THING HAS EVER HAPPENED IN OUR COUNTRY BEFORE. BANANA REPUBLIC??? ELECTION INTERFERENCE!!!” Trump tweeted early Wednesday morning.

Following that, he posted, “A SAD DAY IN AMERICA!!!”

One of the videos Trump shared included George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley, who disagreed with the judges on the merits and warned the opinion’s precedent is “very, very dangerous.”

“Well, this court just handed partisans on both sides the ultimate tool to try and shortcut elections and it’s very, very dangerous. This country is a powder keg, and this court is just throwing matches at it. And I think that it’s a real mistake,” Turley said during an appearance on Fox News Tuesday evening.

“To call [the January 6 riot] an insurrection for the purposes of disqualification would create a slippery slope for every state in the union,” Turley continued.

“This is a time when we actually need democracy. We need to allow the voters to vote. We need to hear their decision. And the court here just said you’re not going to get that.”

The Colorado Supreme Court ruled 4-3 to prohibit Trump from appearing on the state’s ballot.

The verdict is the latest in a string of legal stumbling blocks for the former president in his bid to reclaim the presidency.

And where this leaves everything is anyone’s guess.

Will Colorado be overruled and Trump put back on the ballot? Or is this the beginning of the end?
