The 2024 election is looking to be a rematch between Trump and Biden. The attacks between the two are already heating up.
And Donald Trump went ballistic after this latest failure by Joe Biden.
President Biden has proven to be an “America Last” president.
From focusing on foreign matters like Ukraine over domestic issues such as the Maui wildfires, Biden doesn’t have his priorities straight.
His latest “America Last” move, involved forking over $6 billion to Iran and clemency to five Iranians, in exchange for five American hostages.
“Five American hostages in Iran, as well as two relatives of the hostages, have left Doha, Qatar, for the U.S. after the Biden administration granted clemency to five Iranians and allowed Tehran access to $6 billion in Iranian oil revenue that had been previously frozen,” the Washington Examiner reports.
While the President secured the American hostages, he inexplicably gave billions to a country that could very well use the money to fund terrorism.
Former President Donald Trump was none too pleased when he heard about the deal.
“This absolutely ridiculous 6 Billion Dollar Hostage Deal with Iran has set a terrible PRECEDENT for the future. Buckle up, you are going to see some terrible things start to happen. The 3 years ago highly respected USA has become a laughingstock all over the WORLD,” Trump said in a post on Truth Social.
“I brought 58 HOSTAGES home from many different countries, including North Korea, and I never paid anything. They all understood they MUST LET THESE PEOPLE COME HOME! Toward the end, it got so that countries didn’t even start the conversation asking for money, because they knew they would not get it.”
Donald Trump believes the squishy Biden administration’s weak negotiating skills will only allow foreign countries to take advantage of the United States moving forward.
Trump’s former running mate and current Republican presidential candidate, Mike Pence, also criticized the deal, adding that Iran will certainly use the billions they received from Biden, to engage in evil actions.
“While I welcome the release of American hostages, the American people should know that @POTUS Biden has authorized the largest ransom payment in American history to the Mullahs in Tehran,” Pence said in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Iran will now use this money to produce drones for Russia and fund terrorism against us and Israel. China and Russia, who are also holding Americans hostages, now know the price has just gone up.”

Donald Trump will undoubtedly use this hostage deal as an ongoing attack against the President, while also touting his “America First” policies.
“Our grossly incompetent “leader,” Crooked Joe Biden, gave 6 BILLION DOLLARS for 5 people. Iran gave ZERO for 5. He’s Dumb as a ROCK!” Trump concluded in his Truth Social post.
Joe Biden’s foreign policy disasters will likely come back to haunt him in the general election come 2024.
And Donald Trump’s successes with achieving the best deals for America, will give him an advantage over the current President.
