Fox News used to be a the number one trusted voice for Americans. But that has quickly changed.
And now Fox News has egg on their face after taking this one call live on air.
Recently, Fox News disconnected a caller who said they knew about a shooting when it was clear they did not. But the reason they cut the caller off has everyone talking.
During Tuesday night’s coverage of a shooting at Morgan State University, Fox News’ Trace Gallagher took a phone from a man who introduced himself as Tyrone and said he was a student with knowledge about the shooting.
“We’re about to talk to another student, his name’s Tyrone, and he’s telling us that this might have been over a poker game,” Gallagher added.
He inquired, “What exactly happened? What transpired?”
“Well, first we were watching — we all get together every Tuesday night and we watch Tucker Carlson’s show on X,” the caller shared with Fox News while he was live on the air.
When he continued, he said, “We used to watch him on Fox News, obviously he’s not there no more, and still being the most credible guy in the media in America, we always get together to watch Tucker Carlson.”
Finally, he said, “And I think he’s doing probably better now that he’s not with Fox News because the corporate media always controls what the teleprompter readers are able to say, and now that he doesn’t have that hand up his back…”
I AM CRYING.

“Thank you, Tyrone,” Gallagher said as he abruptly ended the phone call. “Maybe we can work to get Don back on the phone,” he added.
“Clearly that was not a student at Morgan State University. Um, we’re trying to work to get Don, who apparently is a student at Morgan State University,” he explained.
This happened a few months after Tucker Carlson was let go from Fox News and when he was launching his new show on X.
Of course, the caller Tyrone was just trying to be funny but he’s not wrong at all.
Tucker Carlson is doing really well for himself ever since he was forced off of his Fox News show where he spent years being their top news personality.
Since launching his new show on Twiter (X) called “Tucker on X”, Carlson has been receiving unprecedented viewership for an independent news show that is entirely online and not broadcasted.
He’s only released 27 episodes and he’s already amassed hundreds of millions of views, indicating that millions of Americans still want to hear from him despite his departure from Fox News.
Fox News, on the other hand, has seen brighter days. Their ratings have dropped off since Tucker Carlson was fired and they haven’t been able to recover.
Inside sources say that the network is preparing for a revenue drop similar to what CNN has been experiencing over the past few years.
