Biden’s reelection chances are looking grim. But that’s the last thing on his mind after this news dropped.
And Joe Biden is foaming at the mouth after the Supreme Court was asked to make this one ruling against him.
President Joe Biden and his Democrat pals couldn’t have been happier last Thursday when former President Donald Trump was found guilty on 34 counts in his hush money trial.
Biden claimed that the ruling proved that no one was above the law. He even posted that same message on X the day after Trump was convicted.

But now the president’s time of gloating may be coming to an end after House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) requested that the United States Supreme Court interject themselves and overturn Trump’s guilty verdict.
“I do believe the Supreme Court should step in, obviously, this is totally unprecedented, and it’s dangerous to our system,” Johnson said during an appearance on “Fox and Friends.”
“We’ve all discussed this before, and y’all talk about it all the time – this is diminishing the American people’s faith in our system of justice itself.”
The speaker then added that a republic can’t be maintained unless the protection of equal justice is present.
“They don’t see that right now, and I think that the justices on the court, I know many of them personally, I think they’re deeply concerned about that, as we are,” Johnson continued.
“I think they’ll set this straight, but it’s going to take a while…The process takes a while to play out.”
Mike Johnson also claimed that the Left is trying to draw out these legal cases against Trump in order to basically destroy him.
“They want to bankrupt Donald Trump. They want to diminish his credibility and go after his character. They wanted to keep him off the campaign trail, which they were successful in doing for many weeks, and now they want to call him the convicted felon.”
Johnson does feel extremely confident that the guilty verdict for the former president will be overturned. “There’s no question about it. It’s just going to take some time to do it,” the House speaker said.

Trump is also planning on appealing the decision with the New York Appeals Court.
Johnson’s hope of the Supreme Court getting involved comes at a time when Justice Samuel Alito has been attacked by the Left for flying an “Appeal to Heaven” flag outside of one of his homes.
Leftists claim that he’s identifying himself with January 6 protestors (some of which carried the “Appeal to Heaven” flag that day) for flying the flag, and therefore should recuse himself from cases involving Donald Trump.
But Republicans have come to Alito’s defense and have said that the flag has nothing to do with January 6 and that Democrats are simply trying to prohibit a conservative justice from potentially involving themselves in a ruling that they don’t agree with.
The "An Appeal to Heaven" flag isn’t provocative and has nothing to do with Jan. 6. ⁰ ⁰The liberal media should pick up a history book. https://t.co/uvhAzeW2FL pic.twitter.com/aELVXfF14W
