The Biden administration is an outright mess. But this failure was intentional.
As Joe Biden just missed a deadline with dire consequences for America.
In spite of repeated requests, the FBI has refused to hand over a crucial document that reportedly shows President Joe Biden negotiated policy changes in return for cash payments while he was vice president.
The bribery claim was recently made in testimony to the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, James Comer, and the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Chuck Grassley by a whistleblower who is now protected by federal law.
“It’s clear from the FBI’s response that the unclassified record the Oversight Committee subpoenaed exists, but they are refusing to provide it to the Committee. We’ve asked the FBI to not only provide this record, but to also inform us what it did to investigate these allegations. The FBI has failed to do both,” Comer said in an official statement released this week.
“The FBI’s position is ‘trust, but you aren’t allowed to verify.’ That is unacceptable. We plan to follow up with the FBI and expect compliance with the subpoena.”

The material was released shortly after Comer revealed fresh details about the Biden family’s “business,” which involved creating 17 distinct shell corporations to transfer funds into individual bank accounts.

John Kirby, the National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications, was abruptly removed from the podium after referring all inquiries regarding the claims to the Department of Justice during a briefing at the White House earlier this month.

The investigations into the Biden family crimes have been getting closer and closer thanks to the House Republicans’ efforts.
There’s even rumors growing louder that Hunter Biden could be federally prosecuted any day now according to active unnamed federal agents.
It’s clear that the Biden administration doesn’t want any more of Joe Biden’s dirty laundry being aired out for the American public to see.
That’s why they apparently refuse to hand over documents that Congress is requesting as part of doing their job of oversight.
Anymore bad press for Biden and he and the Democrats know that he will be toast in the upcoming 2024 election cycle.
Ignoring Congressional requests to comply in investigative efforts is a small price for Joe Biden and the Democrats to pay from their perspective.
But it’s yet another example of the executive branch having far too much unilateral, unchecked power in Washington, D.C.
