The White House Press Secretary is not very good at her job. It’s usually very hard for her to be truthful about anything.
And Karine Jean-Pierre is in utter denial of a massive problem emerging in the White House.
Much like President Joe Biden, members of his administration are extremely incompetent.
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre proves this just about every time she holds a press briefing.
And Monday, on Biden’s 81st birthday, she yet again appeared unqualified for her job as press secretary when speaking to reporters.
One of the reporters asked Jean-Pierre about former Obama advisor, David Axelrod’s comments regarding Biden’s age and how it will cost him a chance at winning reelection in 2024.
The press secretary quickly shut down any concern that the White House has about the age of the president.
“There’s no alarm happening behind the scenes. I can only speak behind the scenes here,” Jean-Pierre said.
“There’s no alarm happening behind the scenes, and I’m certainly not going to comment on everybody who has something to say.”

She also added that she would put the 81-year-old president “up against anyone.”
“Our perspective is that it’s not about age, it’s about the President’s experience. That’s what we believe,” Jean-Pierre continued.
“The President has used his experience to pass more bipartisan legislation in recent time than any other president. That’s just a fact. I’ts something that we have seen this president do, and that’s because of his experience.”
“He’s been able to manage multiple foreign policy challenges. That’s because of his experience.”
Even though Karine Jean-Pierre is trying to assure the American people that Biden is mentally and physically able to continue on as commander-in-chief, it doesn’t negate the fact that Democrats are concerned about his increasing age.
According to Jonathan Marin, a columnist for Politico, he explains that insiders in the Democrat Party are becoming more and more worried about Joe Biden’s “capacity to do the job.”
“The oldest president in history when he first took the oath, Biden will not be able to govern and campaign in the manner of previous incumbents,” Martin said.
“He simply does not have the capacity to do it, and his staff doesn’t trust him to even try, as they make clear by blocking him from the press. Biden’s bid will give new meaning to a Rose Garden campaign, and it requires accommodation to that unavoidable fact of life.”
Karine Jean-Pierre can try all she wants to calm the fears of those who are worried Biden is too old to run for a second term. But the facts speak for themselves, and it’s true that nothing will stop voters from looking to another candidate come election time who they think is cognitively able to be president.
