There’s been wide speculation that former President Barack Obama has been working behind the scenes in the Biden administration. Now we finally have an answer.
And a leaked call between Biden and Obama has Republicans fearing for the worst.
President Joe Biden and his administration are working to try and win reelection this fall.
All major polls show that Biden is in trouble in a hypothetical matchup between himself and former President Donald Trump.
Trump leads Biden nationally and in many key battleground states according to poll averages.
That’s led to the president hosting a variety of campaign events, including virtual ones.
Last Saturday, President Biden hosted a virtual campaign event which highlighted the anniversary of the Affordable Care Act, otherwise known as “Obamacare.”
Along with Biden, the virtual event was attended by none other than former President Barack Obama, as well as former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).
All three of the radical Leftists made it a point to warn those attending virtually that a second Trump term in the White House would be disastrous and could lead to Obamacare being repealed.
Biden also used abortion as an example of a form of healthcare that is “at stake” in this year’s presidential election. Of course, abortion has nothing to do with healthcare and is in fact the opposite since it takes away the life of an innocent pre-born baby.
“Send me a Democratic Congress and Kamala [Harris], and I will make sure Roe v Wade becomes a law of the land again. I can go on, but the bottom line, healthcare is at stake in this election. And I’m confident when we make the case, we will win,” Joe Biden said.
Pelosi issued a similar warning while specifically mentioning how the Affordable Care Act (ACA) is “on the ballot” this year.
“The fate of the ACA is on the ballot this year. This isn’t the first time we’ve had to fight for our healthcare. During his first term, Trump was just one vote away from repeal,” Pelosi explained.
“But because we held 10,000 grassroots events across the country where people and families told their powerful stories, how ACA saved their lives, we prevailed, and the ACA still stays strong.”
The GOP hasn’t really discussed repealing ACA since around the 2010s.
But Obama still used it as a chance to fire up Biden’s voting base into propelling him to reelection.
“I couldn’t be prouder of the ACA. It’s why we do the work. It’s why we run for office, to make a difference in the lives of people who we were elected to serve. And nobody knows that better than Joe,” Obama said during the virtual campaign event.
Joe Biden is an incredibly unpopular president, even among his own party.
But Democrats’ feelings of Barack Obama are completely reversed. They love the former president and likely wish that he could’ve stayed in office for 20+ years if term limits didn’t exist.
Their love for Obama is why so many Democrats are wishfully hoping that his wife and former first lady Michelle Obama will run this November instead of Joe Biden.
The Biden campaign knows that the Left is obsessed with Barack Obama which is why they’re organizing campaign and fundraising events that feature him.
Will that strategy help propel Biden past Trump in the polls and in the general election?
