Ocasio-Cortez smacked by law enforcement for this horrendous statement

The radical Leftist congresswoman has gotten herself into a bad position. She’s really outdone her idiocy this time.

And Ocasio-Cortez was smacked by law enforcement for this horrendous statement.

Columbia University has been the host of some insane anti-Semitic protests recently.

The New York City Police Department (NYPD) sent our their counterterrorism officers to the campus to make sure that the rabid protestors do not do anything violent.

That action by the NYPD enraged Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), who responded to a video of the officers on X with quite a bit of criticism, to say the least.

“Not only did Columbia make the horrific decision to mobilize NYPD on their own students, but the units called in have some of the most violent reputations on the force,” Ocasio-Cortez said.

“NYPD had promised the city they wouldn’t deploy SRG [Strategic Response Group] to protests. So why are these counterterror units here?”

NYPD Chief of Patrol John Chell didn’t let Ocasio-Cortez off the hook for her ridiculous X post and fired back at her with a post of his own.

“Truly amazing! Columbia decided to hold its students accountable to the laws of the school. They are seeing the consequences of their actions. Something these kids were most likely never taught. Good SAT scores and self-entitlement do not supersede the law. I am sure you would agree that we have to teach them valuable life skills,” Chell began in his post.

“Secondly, I was with those ‘units’ last Thursday that you describe as having, ‘the most violent reputations.’ These ‘units’ removed students with great care and professionalism, not a single incident was reported.”

“The only incidents that day on campus were the student’s hateful anti-Semitic speech and vile language towards our cops. I am sure you agree any hateful speech is unacceptable. You should rethink your comments to a simple thank you to the NYPD and hate has no place in our society.”

Unfortunately for Ocasio-Cortez, Chell wasn’t the only NYPD officer who bashed her for her ridiculous comments.

“Everyone has a Constitutional right to protest, it’s one of the pillars our great democracy is built on. But kids also have a right to go to school without being harassed, threatened, intimidated or assaulted,” NYPD Deputy Commissioner Kaz Daughtry posted on X in response to the New York Rep.

“There is nothing ‘horrific’ about protecting the safety of Columbia’s young students who are just trying to go to school. We’ve said it time and time again, the NYPD will always protect and defend your right to protest but just because you hold a sign while you’re threatening, harassing, intimidating, and assaulting people doesn’t give you a free pass from criminal conduct.”

It’s nice to see a radical Leftist like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez get called out for her insane viewpoints.

And thanks to officers of the NYPD, she got called out several times.

Democrats need to learn about accountability. It’s something they are greatly missing in their day-to-day lives.

It’s safe to say that Rep. Ocasio-Cortez was taught a valuable lesson about it this week.
