President Donald Trump is firing back at Democrats, demanding they halt their vicious attacks on law enforcement following a horrific shooting at an ICE facility in Texas that left two illegal immigrant detainees dead and another wounded.
The assailant, 29-year-old Joshua John, unleashed gunfire on the Dallas ICE building early Wednesday morning, according to local police. Investigators discovered shell casings etched with “anti-ICE” messages, pointing to a clear motive driven by hatred toward border enforcement.
Trump didn’t mince words in his response, blasting the attack as utterly reprehensible and tying it directly to the toxic words coming from the left.
“This is despicable!” Trump stated. “The Brave Men and Women of ICE are just trying to do their jobs, and remove the ‘WORST of the WORST’ Criminals out of our Country, but they are facing an unprecedented increase in threats, violence, and attacks by Deranged Radical Leftists.”
The president made it crystal clear that this bloodshed stems straight from the inflammatory language peddled by Democrats and their allies.
“This violence is the result of the Radical Left Democrats constantly demonizing Law Enforcement, calling for ICE to be demolished, and comparing ICE Officers to ‘N*zis,’” Trump said. “The continuing violence from Radical Left Terrorists, in the aftermath of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, must be stopped. ICE Officers, and other Brave Members of Law Enforcement, are under grave threat.”
In a bold move, Trump reminded everyone of his recent decision to label ANTIFA as a terrorist group, vowing to crack down hard on these threats.
He’s putting Democrats on notice, urging them to drop their dangerous narratives immediately to protect those who safeguard the nation.
“I AM CALLING ON ALL DEMOCRATS TO STOP THIS RHETORIC AGAINST ICE AND AMERICA’S LAW ENFORCEMENT, RIGHT NOW!” Trump said. “The Trump Administration is fully committed to backing Law Enforcement, Strong Borders, securing our Homeland, deporting Violent Illegal Criminals, and fully rooting out the Left Wing Domestic Terrorism that is terrorizing our Country.”
Vice President JD Vance joined the fray, slamming the liberal media for fueling this chaos with their blatant falsehoods, zeroing in on NBC News for a particularly egregious example.
Vance highlighted how NBC News falsely claimed ICE agents detained a 5-year-old autistic girl just to target her father, only to backpedal later with a weak correction.
“It turned out that story was a complete fabrication, it was a complete dishonest lie,” Vance said while speaking in North Carolina. “But when you go around and lie about our law enforcement and you tell them that they’re mistreating five-year-old girls, what do you think is gonna happen?”
Vance didn’t stop there, taking aim at California Governor Gavin Newsom for stoking resistance against ICE right before the attack, labeling Trump’s enforcement efforts as a “private domestic army” and ranting about authoritarianism.
“People ask, ‘Well, is it authoritarianism [or are] you being hyperbolic?’” Governor Newsom stated. “Bullsh*t, we’re being hyperbolic. If you’re a black or brown community, it’s here in this country… These are not just authoritarian tendencies; these are authoritarian actions by an authoritarian government.”
“Here’s what happens when Democrats, like Gavin Newsom did, say that these people are part of an authoritarian government,” Vance said. “When the left-wing media lies about what they’re doing, when they lie about who they’re arresting, when they lie about the actual job of law enforcement, what they’re doing is encouraging crazy people to go and commit violence.”
The vice president laid down the law, making it plain that disagreement on policy is one thing, but inciting violence crosses the line into unacceptable territory.
“You don’t have to agree with my immigration policies,” Vance said. “You don’t have to agree with Donald Trump’s immigration policies. But your political rhetoric encourages violence against our law enforcement, you can go straight to h*ll, and you have no place in the political conversation of the United States of America.”
