Unhinged Leftists are trying to take over the country with their insane agenda. Unfortunately, their plan working.
And a radical Democrat Governor signs a harmful bill into law that has Americans fuming.
California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) is considered to be one of the most deranged Leftist governors in the country.
He’s constantly trying to put forward policies that will only destroy and divide the state of California.
Not only that, but he tries to meddle in other state’s businesses as well.
And on January 1, 2024, a new bill that Newsom signed in 2021, will go into effect that will further advance his woke agenda.
Assembly Bill No. 1084 will require stores that provide “childcare items or toys,” to have a gender-neutral section.
The age range for the toys is 12 years or younger according to the legislation.
If these stores do not provide a gender-neutral section, then they will risk being fined up to $500.
The gender-neutral toys must be present in the store “regardless of whether they have been traditionally marketed for either girls or for boys,” according to the bill.
Stores in which this bill applies to must have 500 employees or more.
And if those stores do not follow the bill’s requirements, then they will be “liable for a civil penalty not to exceed $250 for a first violation or $500 for a subsequent violation.”
Assemblyman Evan Low (D-CA) was the politician who originally proposed the bill. He is currently a member of the U.S. House of Representatives.
“We need to stop stigmatizing what’s acceptable for certain genders and just let kids be kids,” Low said to the Associated Press in 2021 after Newsom signed it.
“My hope is this bill encourages more businesses across California and the U.S. to avoid reinforcing harmful and outdated stereotypes.”
California currently has a major shoplifting and theft problem.
But instead of properly addressing that issue, Democrat lawmakers in the Golden State are more concerned about going woke and creating gender-neutral toy sections in department stores.
