RINO betrays the Republican Party after making a disturbing pledge to join forces with Democrats

This politician has been a thorn in the side of the GOP. Everything they do undermines the party’s goals.

And this RINO betrays the Republican Party after making a disturbing pledge to join forces with Democrats.

Much to the delight of conservatives across America, Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT) announced a few months ago that he was not going to seek reelection next year.

His RINO tendencies have become too much for Republicans to handle, as he is constantly looking to bash the party and its prominent figures such as former President Donald Trump and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

And now he’s announced that he’s willing to vote for Democrats if that means stopping Republican candidates Donald Trump or Vivek Ramaswamy from reaching the White House.

“I’d be happy to support virtually any one of the Republicans, maybe not Vivek, but the others that are running would be acceptable to me and I’d be happy to vote for them,” Romney told CBS news anchor Norah O’Donnell.

“I’d be happy to vote for a number of the Democrats too. I mean, it would be an upgrade from, in my opinion, from Donald Trump and perhaps also from Joe Biden.”

Romney didn’t make it clear which Democrats he would possibly vote for.

And when referring back to Joe Biden, he thinks it’s best someone else takes the reigns in the 2024 presidential election.

“Look, I like President Biden. You know, I find him a very charming, engaging person. There’s some places I agree with him, but most places I disagree with him,” the senator added.

“I think he’s made all sorts of terrible mistakes, but I would like to see someone else run.”

Ramaswamy took to the social media platform, X, to criticize Romney’s statements, by simply saying “Not surprising.”

Another X user, and conservative personality, Monica Crowley, also bashed Romney on the social media site, saying, “Uniparty loser Mitt Romney – uncle of RNC Chair Ronna Romney McDaniel – says he’d vote for a Democrat over Trump or Vivek.”

Ronna Romney McDaniel, the RNC chair, has been under heavy criticism, most notably from Ramaswamy, after the GOP has continued to lose important elections at the state and federal level.

Overall, it’s best for the Republican Party that members of Congress like Mitt Romney are set to retire in 2024.

Their inability to properly adhere to true conservatism, only gives more power to the Left.
