Ron DeSantis just destroyed Gavin Newsom in this interview

California Governor Gavin Newsom and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis have been sparring. But Newsom was unprepared for what was to come.

Because Ron DeSantis just destroyed Gavin Newsom in this interview.

The Republican governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis, is arguably the most well-liked member of the American electorate.

His detractors are a very vociferous minority, nevertheless.

He has earned the respect of Americans around the nation for prioritizing Floridians over wokeism and bogus science.

During a presidential administration that has no concept what it is doing on a national scale, he and his team are defending children and their education while maintaining the Florida economy.

Democrats, such as California Governor Gavin Newsom, are understandably growing envious of DeSantis’ popularity and worry that he would have an easy path to the White House in 2024 or 2028.

Recently, Newsom invited DeSantis to a discussion between the two governors in California in an effort to overshadow DeSantis.

However, Ron DeSantis was well aware of this ruse.

He is aware that Newsom has no desire to participate in a genuine debate, especially one shown live by CNN.

He gently declined the argument as a result, but not before retorting with a short jab of his own.

In his response to Newsom, DeSantis said he was unsure of whether California could even maintain power for the duration of a debate.

“I don’t know if they can reliably keep the power on so you go all the way up there and have a debate and then what ends up happening if they can’t keep the lights on?” DeSantis said on Sean Hannity’s show.

He continued by saying that his deeds speak louder than words and that they were pleased with the advancements they had made in Florida since he had assumed the governorship.

Debating policies and the truth is the thing that Democrats detest the most.

The evidence demonstrates that energy outages are occurring in Democratic “utopias” at a rate that is unprecedented in the contemporary era.

That runs counter to their plan to become entirely “green” within the next ten years.

Also openly admitting their desire to someday outlaw the fossil fuel sector statewide is the Democratic Party.

But in reality, not even ultra-modern Democratic-run cities can support a future powered by supposedly “clean” energy.

How can they expect the rest of the country, who live in more rural regions, to solely use “green” energy if they can’t seem to figure that out?

As a result of pointing out how the Democrats’ policies are failing, Ron DeSantis had a little fun turning down Gavin Newsom’s invitation to debate him.
