Hannity has been a staple of conservative media for years. But not everyone on the Right is happy with him.
And Sean Hannity received the shock of his life from the last person he ever expected.
Former Trump adviser Steve Bannon slammed Fox News host Sean Hannity on Wednesday after the host asked former President Donald Trump if he would be a tyrant if re-elected in 2024.
“Sean Hannity actually thought he was helping Trump,” Mr. Bannon said on his “War Room” podcast.
“Even to ask that question shows you’re an idiot. And we don’t have time for idiots, bro. This is a war, and we don’t have time for sunshine patriots and this nonsense.”
Mr. Bannon has repeatedly chastised Fox and its owners, the Murdoch family.
He referred to Fox News on his show as “TV for stupid people.”

Mr. Trump skipped Wednesday’s fourth GOP debate in favor of a town hall with Mr. Hannity in Iowa on Tuesday.
“To be clear, do you in any way have any plans whatsoever, if reelected president, to abuse power, to break the law, to use the government to go after people?” Mr. Trump was asked by the host.
“Except for day one,” the former president answered.
He then added “We’re closing the border and we’re drilling, drilling, drilling. After that, I’m not a dictator.”
Obviously, the Left will look at what Trump said and act like he was being completely serious.
Anyone who has given the former president a fair shake knows he’s joking.
Especially when you consider the things he wants to use his “dictatorial” powers on: closing the border and allowing drilling.
So he wants to make Americans safer from foreign nationals and lower gas prices through production.
What a novel concept.
Freedom and prosperity is so unfamiliar to the Left, that they confuse it for tyranny.
And they wonder why Americans hate what Joe Biden has given them?
