The radical Left wants to take away American’s freedoms. Their wish just came true after what this judge ordered.
Because this Biden-appointed judge just shredded the Constitution with this ruling.
The Second Amendment is one of the most important amendments in the Constitution.
It insures that U.S. citizens are able to protect themselves not only from physical threats, but also a potentially tyrannical government.
Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) of New Mexico disagrees with this, however.
In September of this year, Governor Grisham prohibited the concealed and open carry of firearms in Albuquerque, much to the criticism of Republicans and even some Democrats in the state and around the country.
She justified her actions by saying the ban was a “public health order” due to increased violence in the area.
Obviously what the Governor didn’t realize is now law-abiding citizens aren’t able to protect themselves from the violence she’s identified as plaguing the state’s large cities.
Grisham felt the pressure of the criticism (including calls for her impeachment by state Republicans) and changed her ruling to apply to just playgrounds and parks instead.

Republicans still weren’t happy that lawful citizens were banned from their right to open or conceal carry in a public space like a park or playground.
But now, a Biden-appointed judge, U.S. District Judge David Herrera Urias has officially ruled on the matter, much to the Right’s dismay.
Urias’ decision will be consistent with Grisham’s open and conceal carry ban because he believes parks and playgrounds are “sensitive places” and are “excepted from the Second Amendment’s commands.”
The Second Amendment shouldn’t have any sort of “exceptions” based on locations.
Public spaces like a park certainly aren’t an exception from violence in a criminal’s eyes.
Even prominent anti-gun activist, David Hogg agreed with Republicans that Grisham’s ruling isn’t grounds for an “emergency exception” of the Constitution.

This is another example of a radical Democrat appointed by the Biden administration infringing on the rights of Americans.
New Mexican Republicans will likely continue to fight this ruling by both the judge and Governor Grisham.
Thank goodness for that, as residents of the state can’t afford anymore overreach from their government.
