Donald Trump isn’t beating around the bush. He’s telling it straight for all to hear.
And this foreign enemy is shaking in fear after what President Trump just proposed.
President Donald Trump just dropped a bombshell that has every freedom-loving American standing up and taking notice. During a quick chat with the press as he left the White House for a trip to Texas, the president floated the idea of a friendly takeover of Cuba.
“Maybe we’ll have a friendly takeover of Cuba,” Trump declared, confirming that his team is already in direct talks with officials from the island nation.
He laid out the cold reality facing the communist holdouts in Havana. “The Cuban Government is talking with us. They’re in a big deal of trouble, as you know. They have no money; they have no anything right now, but they’re talking with us, and maybe we’ll have a friendly takeover of Cuba. We could very well end up having a friendly takeover of Cuba,” he stated.
The president made clear this is no pipe dream cooked up in some Washington think tank. Real Cuban exiles living right here in the United States are already excited about the possibility of going home to a free Cuba.
“We have people living here that want to go back to Cuba, and they’re very happy with what’s going on,” Trump said.
This comes at a perfect time, just days after the Castro regime unleashed deadly force on a Florida-registered speedboat in international waters.
The communists claimed they engaged the vessel in a shootout, leaving four dead and at least six others locked up, per Breitbart News.
The regime’s official mouthpiece wasted no time spinning the story to paint the victims as dangerous threats.
According to Breitbart News: “On Thursday morning, the Communist Party’s official newspaper Granma reported the names of six people allegedly on the speedboat when it was stopped and claimed that they were ‘terrorists’ attempting to attack the Cuban government.”
But anyone paying attention knows the drill with these tyrants.
“Among those named are individuals that the Castro regime had previously identified as ‘terrorists’ on a mostly spurious ‘terror’ list featuring human rights activists and YouTubers,” the outlet continued.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio cut through the regime’s lies with a clear message of American resolve:
“We will know quickly many more facts about this incident than we know right now. The majority of the facts being publicly reported are those by the information provided by the Cubans.”
“We will verify that independently.”
Trump’s willingness to talk directly with a crumbling regime shows the kind of strength that weak leaders from the past never mustered.
