U.S. citizens are disgusted after what President Biden said about this hostage situation

Joe Biden has become a professional at saying the wrong thing at the wrong time. It’s pretty much the only thing he’s good at.

And U.S. citizens are disgusted after what President Biden said about this hostage situation.

Recently, President Joe Biden and the White House hosted a Jewish heritage event at the Rose Garden.

During the event, Biden made a terrible gaffe that not only offended those listening, but it also brought about a ton of embarrassment to the 81-year-old commander-in-chief.

While speaking about the hostages that were abducted by Hamas during the October 7 terrorist attack on Israel, Biden mentioned a certain hostage by name who is a United States citizen.

Hersh Goldberg-Polin, one of five known American hostages being held captive by Hamas, was brutally injured by the terrorist group and had to have his hand amputated.

When Biden brought up Goldberg-Polin, he mistakenly said that the 23-year-old hostage was “here with us today.”

“My administration is working around the clock to free the remaining hostages, just as we have freed hostages already. And here with us today is Hersh Goldberg-Polin.”

The president did realize his error and corrected himself, saying, “He is not here with us. But he is still being held by Hamas.”

Goldberg-Polin appeared in a propaganda video that was filmed by Hamas and released last month.

At this time there’s no information on whether or not the other American hostages are alive.

Biden’s awful gaffe will do nothing to assure the families of the abductees that he has everything under control.

He can’t even say a few sentences about one of the hostages without fumbling over his words.

Remember, this is the same president who’s horrid foreign policy decisions led to the botched Afghanistan withdrawal several years ago.

There’s nothing that proves that Biden is the best man to help these families get their loved ones back from Hamas.

Joe Biden did bring up the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) arrest warrant of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu while addressing the crowd at the Rose Garden.

But when he mentioned the warrant, he made yet another mistake and referred to the ICC as the “International Court of Justice.”

“Let me be clear: We reject the ICC’s application for arrest warrants against Israeli leaders. Contrary to allegations against Israel made by the International Court of Justice, what’s happening is not genocide – we reject that. And we’ll always stand with Israel,” Biden said.
